Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible. Who in their right minds would pay £2 to win £1? Prizes have been much reduced and charity funds are being spent on illegal immigrants! I think players therefore should have a vote on where the charity money is being spent!

Winning just £1, what a joke

Winning just £1, what a joke. They said double the draws double the winners, they didn't say you would win £1,that is useless, at least with £2 you can buy another ticket.
Please scrap this and go back to how it was, it is a joke now and a bad one at that.

What a waste of time a £1 win is

What a waste of time a £1 win is, doesn't even get to buy another line, I think if you do it online they are luring you in to spend your £1 on instant win games
Get rid of this useless prize

The answer to the question is you need…

The answer to the question is you need to listen to 'all' the people making comments who are now fed up of being ripped off by whoever now runs the national lottery. The new format is terrible with absolutely no chance of winning anything. How can you think 'winning' as you call it, a £1, is winning. It's not and I will be following the crowd in no longer playing. The National lottery should be nationalised so the money it generates goes to national worthy causes and not into the pockets of greedy company owners. The UK government need to get a grip on this. Goodbye lotto, it won't be me.

Hi, Brian. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review on Trustpilot.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with account-related issues directly through Trustpilot. However, we can offer some general troubleshooting steps that may help.

First, please double-check your spam or junk folders to see if the password reset email has been filtered there.

Second, please check that you are requesting the password reset using the email address registered to your account.

Finally, if you're still unable to receive the email, please contact us so we can look into registering an alternative email address to your account, if you have one available, and try sending the password reset email there instead,

Once again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused, and I hope these steps help resolve the issue.

National Lottery Website and app

I have tried to access the website several times and when I try to access it I get this message
"The connection for this site is not secure
(it goes on to give the website address which trustpilot won't let me use) and states that it uses uses an unsupported protocol."
It only started after the change from Camelot.
I have the app on my phone but many times it isn't working either

You want to try dealing with these…

You want to try dealing with these people when your dealing with the estate of a loved one. My brother died and my wife and I were executors to his estate. The lottery people contacted us to tell us my brother had been doing online lottery and there was a "win" waiting to be collected. How much we asked and they wouldn't tell us as they wanted death certificate documents etc. £5 postage and off the documents went. Then they wanted more documents. Can you tell us how much the win is please as sending documents may not be worth it. No we need more documents. So another £5 plus postage and off the additional documents went. Then a cheque came through with the win --£3. So it cost over £10 postage for a £3 win. Ridiculous. If they had told us this in the first place they could have given it to charity. I'd say to these people go and have a word with the banks and see how they deal with bereaved estates money and executors.

Allwyn need sacking.

When Allwyn took over the National lottery didn't they say they were going to change the price back to £1 like it used to be? Instead of doing this, they've hidden behind the"2 chances to win"nonsense, while reducing the smaller prizes to the point of being almost worthless.Everybody would like to win the jackpot, but you know that you've got more chance of winning small rather than big.I recently won £1 (it used to be a free lucky dip).I must admit it went to my head and I treated myself to 3 carrier bags and still had 10 pence left.I don't know what I'll spend this on, but I'm certain that Allwyn won't be seeing any of my money again.

The new lotto is truly awful.

The new lotto is truly awful.
Absolutely nobody wants to pay £2 for the chance to win a £1 prize (which you get when matching 2 numbers).
They need to scrap that terrible idea immediately.
When they first introduced the £1 prize, at least the email you received told you you’d won a ‘small prize’, now they’ve removed the word small so it’s the same wording as any other prize. They might think this will get people excited but it has the opposite effect, now you just think ‘great, I’ve won a quid’, which isn’t even enough for another ticket.
Completely ruined the game

Hi, Andy. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review on Trustpilot.

We’ve reverted to our previous win notification format after player feedback. Many told us they preferred the mystery of discovering their prize for themselves.

I would give a 0 star review if I could. What a waste of time this is now and if I get another email telling me I have won a prize and its just a £1 I will scream. THAT IS NOT WINNING!!!!!!!!!!! No one needs a £1 'win'....maybe in the 1960's Get a grip and sort this out else people will stop having a go and good causes will lose out!!!!

Hi, Jacky. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review on Trustpilot.

Once you’ve bought a ticket, any prize or prizes won would be classed as a win. You now have the chance to win more than once in a single draw, which would cover your ticket price, and potentially even more. Best of luck in the draw, if you do choose to give it another go!
