Hayfever cure
Suffering from hayfever and it’s looking like it’s from grass pollen most the time. I buy the nettle tea and nettle tincture. Drink the tea daily and take as much of the nettle tincture as I can remember to take (3x a day) and it reduces if not prevents my hayfever. Some years if I start taking it all about March I have no hayfever at all. This year I added the eye and nose creams to the mix and they also work. I have recommended this to a few friends and they also see the benefits from these natural remedies.
