Decepcionada

He hecho un pedido hace un mes y todavía no me lo han entregado, me avisaron que 1 producto estaba agotado y me lo abonarían y tampoco lo han hecho, les escribo por whassap y por email y tardan en contestar 10 días y la mayoría no se molestan ni en contestar, decepcionada y no volvería a repetir ni lo recomendaría.
Actualizo experiencia, ya me han hecho el abono 1 mes después, finalmente del pedido completo, no me envían nada, un desastre

Experiencia nefasta

Experiencia nefasta . La manta es de poliéster 100% . Atención al cliente terrible, sólo por wasap y contestan mal y tarde . El envío se retrasó más de 6 días y ninguna explicación.
