First time at Nando’s. We went to the one in Edinburgh next to Usher Hall just before a concert. They were busy but the staff were amazing friendly polite and so welcoming. Everything was explained the food was amazing and arrived so quickly. Would highly recommend. Special mention to Theo and Raven.

Met by the grumpiest waitress in Kensington high street branch. Tried to put 2 of us tightly between 2 big tables. I said I’d prefer a quieter spot and there were loads of available tables but she said they were for 4 or more. I said I’m pretty sure we will be finished before it fills so she grumpily obliged. Tuttering. Then the food arrived and it was not how I remembered it. Skinny undercooked chicken legs with watery sauce. It was horrible. My son had a wrap which had virtually no chicken in it but all lettuce. Thoroughly unenjoyable experience!

Nasiim was amazing, made the whole experience so great. The food was amazing also.

First time to Nandos. Won't be rushing back. Hot and very loud music. Ordering was easy. Added the plant based stripes to my order for it to be a vegetarian sausage cut lengthways. Also added some tender stem broccoli. 3 pieces for £4.25. Well at least the toilets were clean.

Went to Nandos in Taplow today, four of us, ordered & were shocked to see how little the portion of chips were on our plates, never had this before. Had to call the waitress over & ask if she thought the chip portions seemed right to her to which she said no & went & brought a small bowl of more chips, one small bowl for 4 people with hardly any chips on our plates! Won’t be going there again.

Gift cards don’t work, they are robbing theifs

Went with family for a meal. I ordered 3 chiclen wings, rainbow coleslow and corn on the cob. Chicken wings measured 2cms each. Cost £14.00 with 2 sides. The chicken wings were small, more than half the size you would get in the supermarket. The Corn was delicious, and the rainbow slaw was equivalent to a tablespoon , tasted great, but very poor value for money. Would have costed that value as £1.50. Will not be eating there again.

I went to dine in today with 2 of my friends, Sharon was amazing from the moment we walked in she was very accommodating, even let us switch tables and she answered any questions we had with a smile on her face. She really made the whole experience amazing and the food was delicious

Every time me and my wife come to Nandos Yousaf goes above and beyond to help give us the best dining experience, we always feel valued as loyal customers when ever Yousaf is there and thats why we always come back to this branch.

We went to Ely Nandos today. What a brillaint fast service. It was busy due to half term but the staff was super active fast and efficient. The manager Jessica also made sure that the food was hot and the service was fine. Loved the food definately recommended

I had another Deliveroo take away from the Crewe restaurant - I have complained twice ( the message does not seem to be getting through) before about the size of portion of the Chicken livers - woefully small considering the cost and that this is offal - tiny portions (just over a couple of spoonful's) for just over £10 which is a shame as it tastes nice but I'm not going to order anymore as its a complete rip-off and Nando's don't seem interested in addressing. Just a couple of spoonful's as a portion is disgusting.

Nando’s Redditch..Four of us ordered and all chicken come out incinerated there’s burnt and then there’s cremated. Being British my family would rather not complain. But after ordering a butterfly breast and it was the tiniest piece of chicken ever and at £10 without sides expensive I took it back to the till. The girl at the till ushered me to the side and said they are all the same. One breast marked and flattened to look butterflied. Usually acceptable but this time disappointed.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Nando's Wood Green and would strongly advise others to avoid it.
After ordering, we were seated and left waiting for over an hour—even though the restaurant was not busy. When I finally chased it up, staff discovered our order had not even been processed properly. This level of disorganisation is completely unacceptable.
What was even worse is that when the food finally arrived (within just 3 minutes of complaining), the chicken was clearly undercooked. This is a serious health hazard. I sent it back, only for the same meal to be returned still undercooked. Serving unsafe food like this is shocking and irresponsible.
At that point, I had no choice but to request a refund. Despite everything that went wrong, they still charged me £3.65 for a custard pie. The manager refused to remove this charge, which just shows a complete lack of basic customer care or accountability.
This experience was unacceptable from start to finish—poor service, extremely long wait times, unsafe food, and zero effort to resolve the situation properly.
I genuinely believe this place needs inspecting, as I would not trust the food safety standards here.
I will never return.

I ate at Nando’s cowely yesterday , Sanna was the host and the manger of the day , she was fantastic as always the food quality was great the atmosphere was friendly and speed of service was outstanding .

🍗 Review for Nando’s “SLOUGH “

Nando’s Slough is a great spot, especially as it’s fully halal, which is a big plus. The food quality is excellent — the chicken is always flavourful and well-cooked.

Portion sizes could be a bit larger for the price, but the taste definitely makes up for it.

Ordering through the QR code app in the restaurant can be a bit frustrating and confusing at times, which takes away from the overall experience. It would also be much better if there was a bit more attentive customer service to support diners.

Overall, good food and a reliable choice, with some room for improvement.

Popped into Nandos at Rushden lakes and I was welcomed by Tommy. Superb service from this young man, followed by a well cooked meal. Thank you!

I usually love Nando’s chicken livers with a tamer sauce but I just had a delivery from Nando’s Sutton Coldfield and it was just plain chicken livers, no sauce, no seasoning, just the livers and it was disgusting. The cooks may as well have just thrown raw liver in the microwave and boxed it because it was so tasteless and livers need seasoning to make them palatable. I cannot eat them. Very disappointed. The Mac cheese and mixed grains were ok but I had to add some salt to make them tasty. Have the staff been told not to use salt or is it just the staff member that made mine? If this is the future of Nando’s then I’d like to know because after ordering chicken livers many times as a treat I will no longer if this is the case. It’s a shame because this one occasion has put me off ordering so I would be grateful if Nando’s do read this, if they would reply and let me know it was a one off occasion. Thank you.

The first time I went it was amazing, fast service and great customer service. This was the second time I went and it was exceptionally lower, I had to wait 45 minutes for my food, ignored my multiple staff members and when my food finally came it was cold. Very disappointed. Though the cleanliness was great and one staff member was lovely. Overall I will not be coming back to this location again.
