love the shoe. Arrived as expected and seamless process.

First time with Nae Vegan Shoes and I can only confirm a positive experience.

I used it for around 3 weeks in the Eastern European winter, and I am sad to report that these are completely unfit for regular winter use. While are stylish and initially comfortable due to their true-to-size fit, they attract dirt and take bruises very quickly while the paint on the brown cuff padding starts degrading almost immediately. Worst of all, they are completely unfit for cold temperatures, providing essentially sneaker level insulation. I had numb feet after just 20 minutes of outside walking even with thick winter socks on. Comparing them with established and off-brand boots (both vegan and not) the difference in robustness is mind-boggling. I was very jealous for my girlfriend's Timbs and my friends' vegan Docs. Most annoyingly, the insoles are low quality and paper thin and prone to crumpling up under your foot while walking which makes them incredibly uncomfortable. Once the crumpling happens, it's gonna happen EVERY TIME you walk, no matter how much time you spend straightening them out right after and before use.

The shoes are very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately not resistant. In fact the soles ruptured after wearing them just a few weeks.

I love the shoes! The look, the simplicity. However, even though I ordered the right size, the width was a bit narrow for my feet and it would have been too much work to get an exchange so I put items in my shoes to stretch them out and now they fit comfortably. So my suggestion would be to indicate that the shoes are narrow, so that people with wider feet would buy at least a size up to still be comfortable in them.

The shoes are amazing and very good quality. Comfortable and cruelty free, that's everything you want from your shoes!

These shows are the finest shoes i ever had. They are solid but light-weighted. And offcourse: no animal killed

Shoes are much larger than the size listed. Attempted to return and was told that I would have to pay $30 fee to do so.

I have repeatedly tried to return shoes that do not fit. I was sent an email to register which I did. I received a reply telling me that the return information would be forthcoming. I have not received any return information. I have followed up with 2 additional emails with no response.

I liked the boots, although they are a bit narrow at the calves.
I think that the Webpage could be improved, to enable filtering by colour, size etc.

I ordered Luna black loafers in two sizes because I have never ordered before from Nae and I’m also in between two sizes. I kept the larger size cause it felt more comfortable for my feet. I wore them to walk around the city and I couldn’t be more satisfied with them. They are warm, comfortable and so so cute. Definitely recommended!
