NAE Vegan Shoes Reviews 

This was my first purchase and I love what I got. Also, they changed the size on one shoe I ordered as they saw they were running big and everything fits perfectly. Excited to order more and to support CRUELTY FREE!

I'd been in search of quality, comfortable vegan loafers for a while now, and almost gave up after ordering a very expensive pair from a well known Canadian brand and ending up with flimsy-looking that didn't fit (their sizing was incredibly inconsistent).

My order took a little longer than expected to come (12 days even though I live in the UK), but when they did I was so impressed. They fit perfectly true to size and look way more expensive than what I paid. I got them on sale to test things out, but would definitely pay full price and shop from NAE again!

I bought a pair of sandals on sale, I can’t wait to wear them, summer is coming! I often buy Nae’s items and I’m always so satisfied. Go vegan! :)

The shoes are really comfortable, light, and well made. I'm impressed! I took size 38, which is my normal size, and they fit perfectly.

I ordered Redo Pet Grey Vegan Sneakers and I love them. They are very good quality and they correspond the given size (ordered 40 EU). They are slightly loose fitting (which is great for me) so they feel very comfortable. It would be good, if the fitting would read in the description of the shoes. For me that was the biggest hesitation that if they are too narrow for my feet. But luckily they weren't. I am happy that I finally found nice looking, vegan shoes made in Europe and the delivery was very fast. I really recommend these sneakers if you are looking for shoes that are comfortable, ethical and good looking. :)

Price is fare and the sandals are very well made. I've had one pair for over a year and they've worn well.

I ordered the Sea Shepard boot after hesitating for a long time to order and support new vegan leather products from a company all the way in Portugal as i live in the USA and worried about the process and cost of returning a wrong size or dislike! i finally took the risk and am extremely happy thus far! Perfect fit immediately comfortable very pleased and now am in the process of determining if they have longevity....

I was not able to put the boot on, there is no opening. I don't know how people could put it on.

It is not my first order at NAE and I am again very happy with the style and the quality of the shoes. Vegan and made in Europe for a fair price - you cannot wish for more.

Nae's team was very quick to answer any of my queries over Instagram, as they always sent a good vibe doing so. It really felt that was a good human on the other side.
I also visited one of their physical stores, and te human there (called Rita) was SO SO nice to me. Just wanted to give a shout out to her customer service.

My shoes arrived 3 working days after ordering and they are even more gorgeous but I also found out that they are EXTREMELY comfortable.

The only thing I would point out is that after ordering I wasn't able to track my package as the website NAE shared on the confirmation email, was a bit weird.

So my overall experience was 5*+, a conscious brand with an amazing team making the most beautiful, comfortable and eco-friendly shoes. I will definitely buy other items here.

I ordered a size 10 US and they sent a 42 which is an 11. I couldn't return them because the shipping was over a 100$. I have to resell them now. I did reorder and got the right size and they are beautiful and comfortable.

Good to have good vegan shoes, hold up well in Noth Europe winter. would recommend.

I ordered scandals for my son size 47.This was to be a Christmas present. When opened a size 37 was sent instead.This was so disappointing .
Although the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently by sending a replacement pair and sending a prepaid returns label for the size 37 it ruined the whole experience They arrived too late for his holiday to the Maldives
It would have been nice as a matter of courtesy and a gesture of goodwill if they had reimbursed me with the cost of original postage of £9.99 as it was their mistake and for the inconvenience caused

Do keep in mind that the size can vary a lot between different shoes!

I had to return a pair of sneakers because they were too big even though I ordered my normal size 36.

When I ordered boots in the same size, expecting them to be a bit big like the sneakers, they were a very snug fit! I could not wear anything extra in the shoe and they felt almost too small.
After wearing them a few times the boots have become better and the fit is good, I am very happy with my purchase over all.

The customer service is very good and they can advise you with the right size ;)

When I order again a different type of sneaker the first thing I did was ask about the size. This time no return or exchange was needed :)

I got my boots a tad to small, but NAE swapped for the right size without any problems. Great footwear as well

These boots are incredible. Very comfortable, flexible. The quality looks very good and is holding very well after a few days of use. Recommend 100%.

Ordered a pair of boots to give as a Christmas gift. Arrived in a timely manner, well packaged.

Good quality but not excessive packaging.

I would describe their shoes that way too. They are very nice but don't have things on fancy shoes that tend to become ugly.

Highly recommended their backpack and shoeshine too!
