Order on the website on Wednesday said it would be delivered the next day Thursday. Just received an email Friday saying they just sent it out for delivery. So I will not get it till Saturday or Monday. Very disappointed because if you can't make the delivery date promise. I should have been notified. So i cpuld chose to cancel the order. I had to go out an buy another charger. While waiting for my order from Trendyphone.

The poorest service i have ever met
The poorest service i have ever met. I made and payed for the order. There were few items. They delayed with sending it and no one let me know it was delayed and why. Until i try to contact them by myself. All in all, after 2 weeks of promises that they will send it, they send me not all my order, the last item they promised to send later as it was not in stock. And aready one month passed and again i contact them by myself because the last item still was not sent and no information or updates!

The stock status for this item was updated in coordination with our supplier, and at the moment you first contacted us, we could only share the information that we had received from them. Unfortunately, unexpected delays occurred on the supplier’s side, which caused the delivery date to keep moving. In the end, the supplier informed us that they were unable to deliver the product at all.

I paid extra for next-day delivery…
I paid extra for next-day delivery through Burd Delivery. I stayed home during the entire delivery window, but at around 20:00 I was informed the order wouldn’t arrive. I’m disappointed, as I lost valuable time waiting. Please improve reliability and communication.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I ordered a few items on the website and paid for them. However, immediately after that, I realised I would like to buy something more. Therefore, I wanted to cancel that order and place a new one for all the items to save on double shipping costs. I logged into the website, but the order was not visible in my account. Thus, I couldn't cancel it. So, I wrote a message to customer service asking them to cancel this order. And then I placed a new order for all the articles.
Unfortunately, the next day in the evening, I received a message that both of my orders had been shipped. Now I will unfortunately have to return one and bear the costs of both shipments.
Secondly, for the second order, I chose a more expensive shipping option because it was described as being delivered on Sunday to a parcel shop (pakeshop). Unfortunately, I already have information that it will arrive on Monday, which is the same as the normal, cheaper shipping option. Well, I got fooled/tricked.

While our live chat is available during the weekend, emails are only answered on weekdays, so your message wasn’t seen in time to stop the shipment.
We also noticed that your first order was sent with Bring, a courier that unfortunately does not deliver during the weekend.
Regarding your second order, we can confirm that you selected the DAO Pakkeshop delivery option, which offers faster delivery — but only for orders placed before 21:00.
Since your order was placed later in the evening, the delivery was automatically scheduled for Monday, which matches the delivery conditions stated on our website.

Screen glass broken ( wrong order as well)
I ordered 2 phone covers and one screen glass for IPhone 16E. The covers came and I am happy the way they are...but the glass came only today which I understood..The problem is that the glass is already broken 😔😔 and is not even for the top of the phone is for the back 🤦♀️🤦♀️. So I was very disappointed that's why I gave only 2 stars. 😔
