Purchased a screen protector with an "easy align tool" for my new Google Pixel 9a. When I opened the package, there was no easy align tool and there was only a "back" peel on the protector. The "front" was not there and the protector was already scratched and marked because of this. I contacted them via email but I have been ignored. I would advise shopping elsewhere!
Tired of waiting for a reply, I purchased a screen protector from another website which was cheaper and arrived the next day before 8am in perfect condition!

Product not in stock
I bought a mini karaoke set around 5 pm 28/12 so it was before 10pm at that moment it was stated in the website that there was 3/4 in stock and they can deliver the next day so I decided to buy it. I didn't expect it to arrive the next day to let them process my order so I gave it an extra day of wait come to dec 30 I used the chat support and asked them they said I will receive an order number the next day and that my product will arrive Wednesday 31. I contacted support again and they told me that unfortunately the product is not in their warehouse and it's going to be available by the end of the week. First of all I think there is a big problem with the fact that the number of "in stock" is not accurate or maybe it's the website and its not always updated in terms of the stock and that is just disappointing to be honest if I saw there was nothing in stock I would've have never placed that order cause I know it was a risk since it's a busy season. Second of all I don't understand why someone would tell me that I would get my tracking number and product the next day when in reality I will not get anything it gives people false hope. I gave them 2 stars for the reason that their chat support function was helpful but because of the overall experience I will never order anything from this website again.
