Paid for the tickets, followed all the instructions, contacted them multiple times to say we cannot get the tickets for Mont Saint Michel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete rip off

When booking tickets for several attractions in one, the website jumped straight to July as opposed to June leading me to inadvertently book the wrong dates. I contacted the monument and they were happy to cancel or change my reservation until they realised I booked through my top tours. I reached out to my top tours and was advised that they could not cancel or change the booking due to the monument cancellation policy (which is strange since the monument were happy to change or cancel the booking if I had booked directly through them!). It takes ages to get a response from the customer service email and I have still not come to a resolution. Very disappointed as these tickets were not cheap. Long story short, book directly with the attractions and avoid this company!

NOT OFFICIAL AND DOUBLE THE PRICE! WONT CANCEL. Booked through versallespalace-tickets.org thinking I was on the official site, because they market their tickets using the institution's official name. I wasn't.

It's a reseller with a marked-up price.
I cancelled before a single ticket was even issued.

Their response? No refund. They quoted "non-refundable" terms that were never clearly shown to me at checkout, and instead offered a voucher.

They even told me not to download the tickets or I'd "lose my right to compensation," which is strange given they also claimed the tickets were "already generated." Both can't be true.

So to be clear: I cancelled in time before any ticket was issued, used nothing, and they refuse to cancel it.

If you read other reviews you'll see the exact same story over and over.

Scam. Tickets at Musee D'Orsay in Paris would not let us in with their scanners. Not valid at all. Bought three and none worked. Scam, do not buy.

Terrible company with websites pretending to the be the official providers/merchants. Snake money grabbing company to avoid unless you want to pay more.

We had an amazing guided tour at the Alhambra and Nasrid palaces, everything was as expected and promised, our guide , Natalia, was very nice and the tour was very informative and interesting. Amazing experience!

The guide was very informed, very clear in his explanations and was able to create a very personally, empathetic atmosphere in the group.
Further the small group with only six persons was perfect!
It was a great pleasure to have the possibility visiting this wonderful place in such a comprehensive positive experience. Thank you!

As others have said in their reviews about the Louvre in Paris, this company, "My Top Tour", ripped us off. A family of 5, with 2 adults and 3 kids, should have cost only €44 in entry fees (Kids under 18 are free). The Audio guys inside the Louvre will cost €6 per person. Unfortunately, we paid this crowd €139 in total. I asked for a refund, and they replied with some crap about the "additional services" for the audio guide, which by the way, is a downloadable recording on their app and you need your own smartphone and headphones to avail of. Rubbish. Bottom line: do NOT book with this crowd. We feel like we were scammed, as you will see the same from other reviews. The explanation from them was very poor and an excuse to charge over and above the reasonable ticket fee.

Just an Amazing Tour!
Arturo was an outstanding tour guide! The experience lasted a solid 3 hours and 15 minutes packed with incredible history that you just don’t get from most guides. There were cheaper options out there, but I’d absolutely go with this one again—it was worth every penny. Thanks, Arturo! Job well done! 💯🎉

This tour operator overcharges for Louvre tickets. They mirror the Louvre website.
You do not realise until you pay for the tickets.
We paid double the price. The audio guide is not the Louvre audio guide. They misrepresent what they are providing.
Stay well away and book your tickets direct with the Louvre museum

WARNING! WATCH OUT. STAY AWAY. THIS IS AN ONLINE SCAM OPERATOR.

We received confirmation that tickets were issued for a specific date and time which turned out to be wrong. My Top Tour failed to inform us about this.

The same conformation stated that the sum total was EUR 79 (for tickets that cost EUR 35 from the venue we wanted to visit).

However we were charged EUR 110 in total.

We found out that not only did they charge double price for the tickets, but on top of that they used our credit card - without authorization - to place the order for the tickets from the venue, and have this billed to our credit card.

In other words, (1) selling tickets they purchase with your credit card and that you get billed for on top of their inflated price, (2) incompetent service ordering tickets for the wrong time and failing to inform the client about the change, (3) use of credit card details for purchases not authorized by the cardholder.

After consulting our bank, we were strongly advised to cancel our credit card so that it would not be used for other unauthorized purchases.

This is not just bad service. THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE .

Paid nearly €300 and received nothing.

No guide, no timely customer support, no resolution. My Top Tour and the tour provider spent days sending me back and forth instead of fixing the problem. Both refused a refund despite the service not being delivered.

I ultimately had to take the matter to my bank.

Stay away.

Natalia was a great guide. She did very well to explain all of the places on the tour with patience and energy. I highly recommend a guided tour with Natalia.

Scam! They pretend to be the official museum and charge triple the price. They do this with the world’s major museums, using targeted ads on Google. But is it legal? I really don’t think so—it smells like a scam.

Alberto brought Alhambra to life explaining the history and the lives and stories of the rulers. He was able to capture the group with his humour and had time for any questions. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour, Alberto was such an amazing and knowledgeable tour guide. Would take the tour again it was that great!

Deceptive misleading ad on Google. They overcharge for tickets and limit your experience. We had to dispute the charges with our credit card company. I emailed My Top Tour and received no response. This is a scam that Google allows to continue.

My husband and I had a great time with this tour. Our tour guide, Jana, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had a lot of information to share with us and did a great job keeping us organized and on time, especially when we needed to arrive for our schedule time for the Nasrid Palace.

Booked a tour with guide and Dante proved to be incredibly knowledgeable about almost everything and made the tour so much better than strolling around on our own. Thanks, DANTE🙏
