I booked Alhambra tickets through My Top Tour and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. After payment, I didn’t receive the official Patronato tickets, QR codes, or the Nasrid Palace entry time. Several of the email addresses listed on their website bounced, and I wasn’t able to reach customer support.

When I filed a dispute through my bank, the merchant later sent me an email saying my payment was “not successful” and that my booking was cancelled, even though the charge had gone through. My bank eventually refunded me because the tickets were never delivered and were later voided.

I’m sharing this so others know to be careful and to consider booking directly through the official Alhambra website or a verified provider.

Really cool place to visit but the services were so poor.
The parking was so full that we had to search for a spot for about 30 minutes.
Ended up at the counder at 15:03 and in front of us were some people.
We literally watched how our guided tour is walking away.
When we got to the counter they said that we couldn't join the tour.

Avoid Alhambra-Entradas.org

I was misled into believing that Alhambra-Entradas.org was the official website for booking tickets to visit the Alhambra in Granada. The site’s name and presentation are intentionally deceptive. I purchased tickets thinking they included access to the Nasrid Palaces (as implied during the booking process), only to receive a confirmation stating otherwise. Upon realizing this when receiving an email from My Top Tour instead of the Alhambra organization, I immediately requested a cancellation before the tickets were issued, but my refund request was refused.

The customer service is unhelpful, refusing to address the issue or even engage in dialogue. Based on my experience and the numerous similar complaints on platforms like Trustpilot (Trustpilot Reviews for Alhambra-entradas.org), I strongly suspect this website is a deliberate scam. Their pricing is also exorbitant—nearly 9 times the cost of the official tickets—which is outrageous!

I am now pursuing legal action. To anyone considering purchasing from this website: do not make the same mistake. Always book through the official Alhambra website to avoid being scammed.

SCAMMERS. Avoid at all cost. They make their site look legit and almost copy the real deal and sell you tickets for three times the cost (alhambra.org). Only when you buy you realize that you overpaid (in my case 110 eur). Avoid like the plauge, gor to the real site where tickets are a fraction and kids go for free. Scammers will always fail and these crooks are already being exposed (look at Tripadvisor). Your game is up.
