One year later, still no rings!
09/06/2019 - Ordered two rings (meant to be our wedding rings) from Secret Wood and received an e-mail that included, "We'll let you know as soon as it's ready."
10/16/2019 - Contacted Secret Wood requesting an update. Was advised, "...it seems that your order was left in the wrong shipment box at our workshop. We will have our team send it out to the shipping address provided as soon as possible"
11/16/2019 - Having still not received the rings (and having been married Nov 10th with different rings), I contacted Secret Wood again, who advised me to contact USPS. USPS advised, "...the station has verified that your package was scanned delivered to the general vicinity of your mailbox...We recommend you contact the sender of your item." USPS provided that Secret Wood would have to file the claim, as they were the sender. Secret Wood filed another search request (rather than a claim).
10/09/2020 - Followed up with Secret Wood again, and have received no response.
08/08/2020 - I received an e-mail from Secret Wood stating that, as a previous purchaser, I have the exclusive right to send them more money for more product I am not likely to receive! I replied to that message and the next day received, "Thanks for getting in touch! We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of emails. This might cause a delay in our reply. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm PDT. We will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible, generally within 3 business days. Thank you for your patience. I ordered this ring more than 3 months ago and It hasn't shipped yet to my location. The experience was very bad. I am thinking to never buy any ring from here again because the customer and shipping services are very very poor. I expected it to be shipped soon but its saying still in transit. I am highly disappointed with your service.

Dim, Small, and Long shipping
honestly does not really stay lit. also i ordered a 7 but it’s way too small and i’m a size 6.... also shipping took WAYYYY TOO LONG LIKE 6 weeks. Costs way too much for the quality of the product and shipping speed. This should cost like $15
