I'm getting pretty good results

I had been worried about the growth of my Instagram account for a long time. Since I started using Path Social, I have seen an increase in the number of organic followers. The best part is that the people who are following me are also engaging with my content. It didn't feel like a fake follower service; instead, it seemed quite natural.

I ordered a bracelet on 20 November and…

I ordered a bracelet on 20 November and it has still not been delivered.
Customer support is extremely poor. There is no real assistance — only automatic replies that do not address the problem.
At this point, I have received neither the product nor a refund, despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on what happened to me, I do not recommend buying from this company.

Item Never Delivered after 3+ Months

I originally purchased a set of two cuffs on 08 Sep and never received anything through the mail. On 27 October, I was previously advised to continue waiting for the item and told the following: "please rest assured that your package is moving through the network and should arrive soon". Unfortunately, it has been over 3 months. This is absolutely ridiculous with the excessive delay and lack of service quality. Absolute scam. Would not recommend again.

Disappointed with lack of communication surrounding order that I haven’t received.

I have not received any information regarding my order since the day it was placed. I have reached out to the company 4 times and have not received one email answering my questions about my order. My order was placed on December 2nd and the website said it could take 2-5 days to ship. It is now December 15th and I have no information on when it would be shipped. I am disappointed in the lack of communication surrounding my order and therefore will not recommend this company to anyone.

A complete ripoff

I’m leaving one star because zero is not an option. Emails come quickly from this company, offering you many promises and explanations but never the product. Just burn $60, save yourself time and end up with the same result. This place is a scam.

Made a purchase in September and was…

Made a purchase in September and was charged $157.00 for 3 bracelets. I still haven't received them and they are using tariffs as an excuse not to ship. I have asked numerous times for my money to be refunded and I always get a canned response saying it will ship shortly. Do not trust this company.

Terrible Customer service

Terrible Customer service, I ordered a bracelet for my GF on 9/11 and on 10/29 they still have not sent me any shipping info and have confirmed that it has still not shipped out yet. Requested a refund several time and was not acknowledged. This company is a scam and should never be used, they are terrible.

They also assured me on 3 separate occasions that the product would be shipped in 72 hrs and it still has not been shipped out. STAY AWAY FROM CUSTOM CUFF!

Straight up scam

Straight up scam. They never ship out the product. take weeks to respond and then say it will be shipped out very soon. Never gets shipped. Do not order from them. It is a full on scam.

Never received items and they refused a refund

I ordered two engraved necklaces to honor my late father. They never came! I went back and forth with the company several times over the course of an over a month. They said that tariffs were delaying their products, but would also say it was shipping out next day. They did that 3 times, yet never sent tracking info and nothing came. I asked for a refund twice and they said it was too far into the process for a refund and it would ship out in 72 hours. (Spoiler alert: it didn’t!) The whole time, they are sending emails marketing more jewelry. I don’t know how this company is in business. Do NOT buy from them.
