The ring is cute, and I can learn to love it since I paid so much for it! I also don't want to go through the hassle of giving it back etc. It looks nothing like the rings online though. Mine bearly has aurora lights in it is mostly a one colour blue. And while it is a cute ring, it is not worth the 80+ I paid...Sighhhhhh. Oh well.

So, I got one of their rings just last night. It can in the right size, but wrong color, and it was a sort of mix of one of their colors, and the one that was ordered for me, but I'm not entirely upset because I do really like the ring, and it is the correct size. It's not like.... Some amazing fantastic product, it's a simple resin ring with sparkles and crafting glow powder. Mine maintained a glow the entire night, it just wasn't laser bright the whole time, but any long term glow product wont be like that anyways. Any of the truly laser bright glow comes from either electricity, or a temporary chemical reaction causing a one time short term glow. For a rechargable glow product, it holds a glow for a long time, and can glow as bright as advertised if held to really really bright lights, so I wasn't entirely disappointed there either. Shipping was even mega fast, like a week maybe, but the experience was definitely lacking, and they did get our order wrong. They shut down reviews and comments on much of their social medias, making em think they got bought out, or sold their company/design to some out sourced place, which I definitely disappointing.

Looks better online ,however it feels really nice on my hand. Not worth the 50 $ I would give it around 15-20 bucks maximum. Shipping took 6 and a half weeks and I am from Bulgaria (South-Eastern Europe) so I guess shipping didn't take too long

I have ordered my ring 3 months ago and I haven’t received it yet plus I’m not able to track the shipment anymore.. I’m really disappointed I want my money back

Horrible product and customer service.
Do not purchase one of the glow rings.
They do not properly glow like the pictures or videos. I have been charging mine in the sun light for a week straight and it barely glows, you can’t even see the design on the ring at night.
This isn’t a cheap item, but I feel cheated for buying it. I’ve reached out to the seller twice & they want me to pay for return of their defective product. Yet I’ve already paid for shipping once to receive it.

When I saw this come across a Facebook ad I was stunned by what I saw, a ring that looked like it was red hot metal. My wife noticed my reaction and paid full price for the ring which came in yesterday and I was excited to check it out.

First thing I noticed is that, in daylight, it looks like a cheap neon pink ring. It feels like a cheap ring due to the sharp edges on the inside of the ring. It's weight make it also feel like a cheap ring, but I know that it is due to being made from resin.

It did fit perfectly, but the edges were quite noticeable.

Then I put the glo to the test. I drove yesterday and being left-handed, the ring stayed in the sunlight the majority of the day but once the sun started going down, the glow was hardly noticeable. Only placing it against the map light for a few minutes made the glow bright enough to notice. When I got home I put the ring under my phone's flashlight for a number of minutes then turned off the room light.

The glow coloring and intensity more a yellow behind the red design than the glowing hot effect I saw on the video. When I took a few pictures and a video to show my wife, I noticed that the effect that had caught my ealier attention was duplicated in both the photos and video making this a "looks better on video than in person" situation.

It did glow steadily for 2+ hours, so at least that was it's only good quality.

I am honestly contemplating sending it back due to this because it is not worth the full price she paid, and honestly, it is not worth the half price it's currently running for.

Waiting a year for la-palette necklace, Will ammend review if I am given a refund or the product.

My 15 yo son wanted the Glo ring. It was on "sale" for either $40 or $50 USD. It took about six weeks to ship to the US and not great communication before shipping. We paid with PayPal so I knew I was covered if it was a scam. The ring arrived and my son loves it. He charged it in the sun and I have a video that shows the awesome glow but I don't think I can post it here.

Do not buy this, it's dropshipping, it's not coming from Canada, it's estonian.
I bought two rings for 90€ a few weeks ago, and saw them (exactly the same) today on Etsy for 18€

I bought the Space Meteor glow ring a few weeks back when it was 50% off, and just got it today. It looks nothing like their promotional videos/pictures on their website—it’s cheap-looking, and the “glow” is just lines of green plastic that barely glow. I’ve seen similar items on Etsy and elsewhere that are much cheaper. Why charge $40 (on sale) for something this cheaply made...? It’s really not worth the price (or the long wait). I’m so bummed! Not only that, but my ring doesn’t fit at all. I wish I had something positive to say about this product but really, I would steer clear of this company.

This company cheats with the people, I ordered a chain with a pendent 3 months ago, all I got was the pendent and when asked about the chain they said its dispatched, when asked for the tracking number to follow up the called Askus mailed me saying that there is no tracking number,,, how can a parcel be delivered without tracking number!?? It's been 4 months by now i haven't received any parcel.. It's trap for taking money with the people, dint expect candian to do as such... #cannada

I have the same issue others have had.
Wrong size, repeated mails before you can get a response and if you complain on their social media pages they will block you

Great marketing but bad service

I ordered the rocket space “GLO Ring” about a week before Easter. Just got it today 3 MONTHS LATER! The shipping length is not to par with other companies. It could be shipping from Canada to the US but I believe that would be about a month. The ring looked like plastic after unpacking it. Make sure you order the right size. It looks nice once charged by the sun. Avoid buying unless you are heart set on this company.

Ok so before you buy just know that they are made of plastic also if you complain about it being late (which mine was) than you will get it faster. Also they work great and when glowing they look as advertised.

Buyer beware! I ordered a necklace for my wife from Secret Wood. I was told the wait would be 4-5 weeks. Around 6 months later I contacted Secret Wood to them to ask for update, they said they have no update. I am now 9 months in with no updates, I'm worried I got scammed for hundreds of dollars, it is not a good feeling. Ugh! I will update my review if I ever actually receive the product I ordered almost a year ago, but at this point I'm not so sure...

After close to a year this company canceled my order, I never recieved the item, but did receive a refund. I'm still super bummed I was lead around for almost a year with nothing to show in the end.

I ordered two glo rings from MySecretWood, one green and one blue. I accidentally bought the wrong size for one, but the company was very helpful, friendly and quick to reply throughout the whole exchange process. They took a month to create, but were worth the wait. The blue doesn’t glow as bright as the green, but the green glows significantly bright for at least 8 hours! They’re both beautiful, even my dogs (who are addicted to lasers and lights) love them. I would definitely recommend this company and their products!

I bought one of the necklaces back in December, they were on sale, 50% off! So from $400 (!) It went down to $200.

I bought it for my girlfriend as a birthday gift end of January. The site said "in stock", in stock means the item is already made, ready to ship. Boy was I wrong. After purchasing the necklace, thinking it would arrive in 1 month, I received an email, saying that all necklaces take 4-5 weeks to produce, that I should be patient.

Honestly, I was a bit shocked because on the website it clearly said IN STOCK and they don't inform you about the processing times before you buy, only after you buy and not on the website, in the follow up email.

Anyway, fast forward to my girlfriend's birthday, I had to buy another present because Secret wood left me empty handed.

After 2 months of not receiving the necklace I contacted secret wood and they said "we have some production delays, we don't know when we will be able to ship the necklaces, but you can get a refund" I didn't want a refund, my girlfriend really wanted this necklace I didn't want to make her sad, so I kept waiting.

After 3 months I asked again and I got the same reply, after 4 months I asked and got the same reply.

After 5 months I asked for a refund, turns out they can't refund me because the card that I used to pay for the necklace is expired now and refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. So I can't even get a refund from them. 200 dollar down the drain, what the f is this?

Now it's been 6 months, no necklace, no money. They keep advertising their stuff on Facebook and Instagram like there's no tomorrow, but can't produce it. They just collect your money and then don't send the product, they'll probably go "bankrupt" someday and the owner will take the stolen millions and run to some safe haven.

This company is a big scam, disappointing. I thought it's safe to buy on the internet from companies in developed countries nowadays, turns out it's not.

I do not recommend.

I ordered the Meteor glo ring on 17/3 and got it on 15/5..almost 2 months of delivery, fvcking frustrated with their 4-5 weeks of making it and delivery. Honestly, even snails could go around the world in that time.
What makes me more mad is that the material. Look like cheap plastic ring you can get at Walmart for 2$..plus it doesn't glow like in the ads.. Just greenish line between the crack of the ring..
Seriously people, don't buy anything from this company. They scammed your money, they scammed your time. All of 'reviews' on their website are fvcking fake as their rings..

I received a secret woods ring about two years ago. Just recently it broke in half! I tried getting in contact with their customer service for weeks now with absolutely no response. DO NOT purchase from them! too expensive and horrible customer service. Go spend $20 on a more quality ring instead of one that'll break in half after a little wear.

I ordered two glo ring, took like five or six weeks to finish them and two or three weeks to deliver to EU. I made silly mistake and needed change my order, they changed it, so I am happy with that company. Rings are fine, it could be less massive, but they are just because it would be probably less durable. They promised send photo of finished product, which they did not, but i am fine with that as I ordered rings what look always same (no variations, except colors).
