Returned items with proof of delivery but never received a refund. Customer service was unhelpful and the issue was never resolved, even after a bank dispute. Very disappointing experience — be careful when ordering.

Struggled with return policy system
In my previous order, the clothes didn’t fit. I had to return them back but DHL didn’t accept them and I had to pay 20€. The clothes costed 40€. It took me ages to figure out what to do because the “my protein” customer service insisted that with DHL I would not have any problem. I had to go with the Greek post office that weighted the clothes and buy a separate light weight packaging that costed also extra. It was a disaster. This time I am ordering one size smaller…let’s see…GUYS YOU HAVE TO FIX YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY.

What led me to Myprotein was the search…
What led me to Myprotein was the search for fruity-flavored and not creamy protein drinks.
My first purchase was 3x Clear Protein Variety Box (discounted) as I wanted to try the flavors and I really really do not like drinking the same thing ..apart from coffee lol. I absolutely despised the grape (I can't even!) but the other 9 flavors in the variety box are delicious.
My second purchase that came very quickly after the first (still running the same discount) was 3x Impact Protein Variety Box to have when I want something chocolate-fudgy to drink. I find them medium to very sweet, but that is easily mitigated if you just dilute them in higher volume of water than what's suggested. They are fun to drink, and you can even add, or at least I do, some oats to them and use a blender! but I still prefer my fruity flavors.
With this variety box I also bought two smoothie flavors mango & passionfruit and blueberry & apple (that will have to wait its sweet turn as I will only open it once my mango runs out) that is VERY filling when blended with milk & oats. And on its own mixed with water its equally tasty. I usually use 1 scoop instead of the recommended 1.5 and sometimes blend fruits in it too.
Have you considered letting customers make their own variety box? I saw there are other flavors not included and are only sold as 500 and 875 G that I would love to try! Minimum 20 satchels or something? :o
I have to say the prices for Greece (as with everything else, not just this company) is out of this world expensive but the app offers very good discounts every now and then (please don't ever stop giving customers these great discounts!) -which is when I make purchases. I compared the prices of the UK website to the Greek one and I was dumbfounded at the difference though I understand it, kind of. Since I will only be buying with discounter prices and only my lovely variety satchels I will be back for a further review probably after the summer as all the above will easily last me over 3 months (60 satchels + 2 smoothie proteins) as I don't use them on a daily basis. x

Site needs fixing
With creators discount code i should have free delivery which i didnt and also your site is too difficult to shop, i want to shop and spent money on you but you dont guide and i cant find easy what i want. the creators are doing great job with the marketing but site is making diffucult thats why i ordered only 2 times the past 4 years from you. also my first order came after a month or so you have to be trustworthy

Order delayed because of company’s failure
I placed my order the 19th of March. As of today 6/4 I have not received it, the cause being the company failing to attach the provided delivery details to the parcel. It arrived in Greece but the delivery company could not deliver as the details were unknown. Customer support is inexistant and fails to reply. First time customer and definitely never ordering again. Still waiting on a reply.

I couldn’t find my size for the product…
I couldn’t find my size for the product I wanted, as it was out of stock. Unfortunately, there was no option to get notified via email when it becomes available again.
This makes the shopping experience frustrating. Adding an email notification feature for restocks would really improve things.
