Great tasting products/prices (but higher than before)
Great tasting products & prices, but Myprotein had better prices pre-COVID. As prices have not come back to anywhere near where they were before, it seems supply-chain price inflation is here to stay!

Pretends to be in Switzerland while sending from abroad
The website pretends to be in Switzerland (.ch domain and prices in CHF). Products are however sent from the UK (yes, it is indicated on the website, but it is hidden among much useless information and hard to find).
As a result, customs fees are incurred on top of the displayed prices + customs processing fees (around 20-30CHF)) . It would be more honest not to send from .CH domain.

I will avoid now that I must pay expensive duty fees
prices used to be competitive until now. Expensive Custom fees are now being passed on making using a .CH website useless. You are conned in to thinking that you're buying from a Swiss subsidiary of the company but that's not the case. If duties and fees are to be paid by customers then there's many better websites, namely in the US that are much more cheaper and higher quality.

You have a lot of flavors and single tasting powders are available which I liked.
A problem I had was that I could not change the language of the page and had to translate everything.
The check-out was so easy and fast.
