I have purchased the JVC NP5 LAMP from my projector, the lamp has received on time and the quality of lamp as original. The quality of pictures are superb and Mr.kelvin help me my question during order placement. My projector web is trust worthy place to buy projector lamps.

I hope people read this review because I have something very specific to say, along with the usual things. It happens that, while I was shopping for a replacement projector, I asled MyProjectorLamps about the cost of replacing the lamp for this potential replacement projector. I got a really helpful reply -- quick, customized, interested -- but then I decided to keep my existing projector and just replace its bulb, instead of replacing the projector. Then I ordered a new blub for my OLD projector from MyProjectorLamps, and then I received a customized email from customer service -- asking me if maybe I had made a mistake! This was a hugely impressive message: Someone at the company took enough interest to wonder why the lamp had changed in the time between the discussion and the order, and then reached out to me to be sure! I am still very impressed with that. Of course the bulb was reasonably priced, promptly shipped, wonderfully packaged, and looks fantastic. But the thing that impresses me most about this company is the service.

MyProjectorLamps Hong Kong sent out my order in a timely fashion but alas FedEx delivery took longer than expected. Product arrived safe and sound.

They are very professional. At first, when I requested for cancellation because I ordered two instead one by a mistake, they cancelled it for me right away without delay. And when I order it again, I was able to get it soon and the lamp works great. Thanks to the company for their excellent service.

MPL has an extensive list of replacement bulbs available for most brands. What sets them apart is their excellent customer service. Delivery is fast. And the time I had to request for a return due to a problem with my projector, and not even their bulb, they accommodated my request. Truly highly recommended.

i had put and earlier review that this company was fake, as they did not communicated with me on time and i could not get hold of them,
But i had to retract my post back cause when they read the issue on trust pilot , they got hold of me and got the issue sorted on the miscommunication. The got the lamp delivered in due time.

1) Speedy reply of my question on lamp received, and replacement of the problematic lamp.
2) Suggest to make a clear NOTE on the "metal clunking noise" inside some lamp (which i understood it's normal to mine)
