A joke
I never asked for my parcel to be delivered via PickMe, yet somehow it ended up there anyway. Now my package is effectively held hostage. I cannot retrieve it, and the person in charge does not answer the phone at all. No explanation, no support, no accountability.
This service is a complete joke. Forcing deliveries to a pickup service nobody requested, then being unreachable, is beyond incompetent. It’s disrespectful, stressful, and totally unprofessional. A delivery service whose basic job is to deliver or allow pickup and fails at both is useless.
Avoid PickMe at all costs. If you value your time, your parcels, or your sanity, stay far away. This is one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
