I'm afraid that they send my pet food…

I'm afraid that they send my pet food wprth £200 with foreign object-plastic and pieces of glass inside wet and dry, and after they take my money there is no contact with them. I raised complain by email 4 times and I received the defective Eden pet food 1.5months ago! No emails back till now . They don't even feel responsible to take action about it. Awful company. Don't trust them !

My dog had a bad reaction to the latest…

My dog had a bad reaction to the latest Eden food I ordered. Had to sent samples to Eden to test and could take 6 weeks for the results. So not trusting Eden anymore I changed my dogs food but had over £100 worth of food left. Pet warehouse sent me 12kg of the new food free while I wait for the results. Will use to order new food as their response was faultless. Thank you

All good until you have an issue. Non responsive to emails and does not return calls

All good until you have an issue. Non responsive to emails and does not return calls. Then when you finally get in touch with them, they send you away.

Purchasing the product and delivery was fine. But then when I had an issue with the product they didn't want to know me. These guys have zero after sales service and their tactics of ignoring people might make some problems go away but not me. Sorry for the long winded review but please read before you decide to purchase from them.

I bought an Ezydog harness online through MyPetWarehouse. After a 20 minute drive the harness had worn on the seatbelt of the car. I sent an online enquiry with photos and got no response. So I followed up again and thankfully they responded this time. I received a phone call from a very polite and seemingly helpful Damien. He was apologetic for the first email not being replied to. He informed me to send the harness back for a refund. He said Ezydog can be difficult to deal with but for me not to worry as MyPetWarehouse will organise my refund and deal with Ezydog themselves. I sent the harness back at their request and also at my own expense. Then waited and waited and waited. I checked the item tracking and found that the Stafford store had had it for 10 days. So I followed up with them again. Who knows how long I would have been waiting for if I did not contact them? They replied saying I was not entitled to a refund as they believe the wear marks to be chew marks (they aren't and how anyone would think that is beyond belief) they also tried to say that the harness was very worn since my purchase earlier in the year (it's not, it is still very much in brand new condition) Now I agree I had purchased this harness earlier in the year before our travel plans were halted due to covid but the harness is in brand new condition. Nowhere near very worn. So now I was without my money and without the harness. I had only sent the harness in at their request as the return and refund process. After my initial shock that somehow my dog is able to twist it's head in a 180 degree position and chew through a strap that's near her ear I replied questioning what I was reading. I also tried to phone the Customer service fellow Damien to query what he initially told me vs what the Stafford store were telling me. 3 times I called leaving a message and finally after the 3rd call and message I got a phone call back. Of course only to be told that he is reneging what he initially told me and I would have to deal with Ezydog directly.

This has now stretched out for 5 weeks so far. 5 weeks, countless emails, several phone calls and the issue is still not resolved.

They have given me Ezydog details to chase it up with them. How bad can a companies customer service actually be? To constantly ignore someone, try and fob them off with lies that the product is very worn and chewed and then just give you contact details for someone else instead.

Hopefully Ezydog are more professional to deal with and hopefully Ezydog can see the difference between a rub mark and chew marks. Do not hand over your hard earned money to these dogs (no pun intended) if you expect any kind of after sales service. All I want is reimbursement for a faulty product and I also believe that Ezydog need to change their design so this does not happen to anyone else

Edit... Best Friends, the parent company for My Pet Warehouse contacted me to resolve the issue and have refunded for the defective harness. We can now move on and will be researching more on which harness to purchase. Obviously we won't be buying again through My Pet Warehouse.

I used to love these guys

This used to be my go to honestly, in fact from memory it was one of the best ones. So I’m saddened to have to leave bad reviews, due to customer satisfaction above all.

I received bad food, in a bad box, with a severe eye irritant inside and I’ve tried to get them to respond to me about a refund as nearly all the food is unusable.

So far nothing, I’ll redo my review if they rectify the situation but for now I’m really disappointed in them.

If they don’t refund me that’s nearly $200 down the drain, for me that’s a lot of money, I could of used elsewhere.

I’m going to let them know about this review as well as I feel it’s important they know they let me down severely.

The eye irritant itself, means I won’t buy anything from them in the future. I just can’t trust that they won’t send me another box filled with it.

It sticks around and continues to cause irritation even after several weeks, if you happen to get it in your eye again.

Don’t know what’s happened with these guys and customer support, but they really need to get better and fix their issues.

Company appears to be untrustworthy...

I have an issue with the way they operate. I use to purchase renal food but have not done so since Jan/Feb 2020. I now purchase gastrointestinal. All of a sudden I noted a charge of $50 something on my AMEX and advice from Pet Warehouse that my four weekly repeat order of renal food was on its way.
What????
I contacted the company and spoke to Damien, who told me it was all my fault because I 'obviously' clicked the repeat button. Bulldust!!!
If I did so, it would be for gastrointstinal NOT renal.
Damien told me to send the package back, and I will get a refurnd. Not sure why he thinks I should pay for return postage for a VERY HEAVY parcel!!!
Given the above, I regard his company as untrustworthy, although the products and delivery are good.
I will find another company to purchase from.

One of my fave online pet stores

I've only ever had good experiences with My Pet Warehouse. With every order they always include a free human treat for me which I think is super cute!! And in my last order they even gave me a free treat for my cat too!
Shipping is always super fast and free over a certain amount spent too so yay.
They're also the only place that's never sold out of my cats fave litter.

Very poor online service

Very poor online service. Pick Pack and Despatch is very slow. Ordered online Monday, Thursday my order had not even been picked yet. Nor could they tell me when it would be packed and despatched. Given that my dog is on the Hills Prescription Diet, I needed the biscuits so I asked if I could change my order to Click and Collect. I received an unsigned reply saying that by sending my son in to pick up the CLICK and COLLECT order, which the customer service person told me I could do, I had forced them to process my order ahead of the other 1500 people who were waiting patiently.

Just Wow. Stunned at the rudeness of this anonymous reply.

VERY EXPENSIVE- google products before buying from here ...

For years I’ve been purchasing products from MPW thinking I am getting best value for money. Just recently I forgot the product I was after so I googled key words to search it on the MPW portal though to my shock I found the same brand of pee pads for $50-$60 less. Yes you read that right $104.99 for the Yours Drooly pee pads 100 pad whereas the competitors price was $51.80 at normal pricing and the special pricing at $41.80! That’s a whopping $60 off!!!

don’t know how MPW a can honestly justify charging extortionate rates for the same products, mind you the competitors company is also Australian! Please please please before buying anything from MPW or any company for that matter GOOGLE it! I’m so glad I did and it was by mere luck given I forgot the product name! When I contacted my MPW and asked why,” they stated it was “buyers choice” ! Wow!!! Never ever again.

Very bad company.

Very bad company.
They say on their website that products are available when they are not so that people place orders with them instead of looking at other companies if something is unavailable. They obviously don't understand that when people buy something they need it and that they cause considerable problems by not being clear about the availability of products.
A total waste of time. Never again.
