I am so happy with my petsie replica of my dog Riley. I highly recommend their services.

Received package. Spent over a week at a post office just miles from me. Don't know what was up with that.

Over all happy with my petsies experience. I understand the product wasn't going to be an exact recreation of my pet but there were a few minor things that would have made the experience better. When going through the options (ears up, ears down, ect) I had selected pink toe beans and he came with black, not a huge deal. Some of the markings/color were off and the head was a bit small, but other than that, it was well made for a handmade, customized, plush of a beloved pet. I enjoyed receiving the updates and my plush pet now resides in my dogs sweater by my pillow.

Authentic looking markings, attention to detail. Probably the most accurate representation of my pet available on the market besides a taxidermist.

The communication was excellent! Very happy with the service.

My stuffed animals face looked nothing like my dog. His body however was identical. I uploaded 6 pictures and several of his face but he came out looking like a wolf with a long snout verses a pug face. When I did receive email updates I was only seeing one picture come through on the email so I'm curious to know if the other pictures uploaded. If they didn't, I would have loved to have been contacted, especially if they saw on their end that they had no facial pictures of him. I was unsure how to go back in to see if they received the pictures that I saw uploaded when I completed the purchase.

I loved the updates I received about the progress of my petsie. The finished product is perfect, I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use petsies again.

I ordered the replica stuff animal doll because my baby just passed away, sent them tons of pictures, got it yesterday and it didnt look like my dog at all, the only think thats look the same is the color ofthe hair, total dissapointment and a waste of my $235 !! the pillow is good since they just print the exact picture on the pillow. will not recommend on the doll and will not order again!

We lost our pet earlier this year and wanted to memorialize him in a unique way. The finished product is so amazing. My kids immediately treated him as if he were our beloved dog. I wasn't sure if it would be the right choice to have a constant reminder of him around but now I am sure that I made the right choice. He will never be forgotten and our Petsies will ensure that.

Your Construction of our pet was absolutely gorgeous. The color was spot on, and if you would look and have him sit, it just brought his little self to life. A little face so adorable, the size is fantastic, and is just beautiful.

I can’t thank Petsies enough for the incredibly adorable plushie of my corgi. The whole process, from the initial draft to the final crafting, was a breeze and I was thrilled to receive email updates along the way. The Petsies team was exceptionally attentive and the shipping was prompt with detailed tracking. The plushie traveled halfway around the world and fits perfectly into our home. Our corgi is absolutely fascinated by it and loves having a mini-me around! We absolutely love it!

The worst customer service ever received. I recently ordered a pet portrait from Petsies. I asked beforehand if it was possible to have the dog and their human in one picture and they said yes without further explanation. I ordered and only received the illustrated portrait of the dog and not the human. I contacted them again and they said to do it again and gave me further instructions, this time to only not do it right but even worse. The portrait received was not even in their illustration form but a pixelated picture that I, myself could have done at home. Spent over 300$ for a very disappointing product and service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This was a wonderful experience. I was hesitant to invest in this memorial to my fur baby who died on my lap July 27,2004. I am so glad I did. The resemblance to Pokey is remarkable. The folks at Petsies.com listened to my requests and suggestion implicitly. I totally recommend to those on the fence to do it.

I am still awaiting my Petsie plush but the photos of its competition are perfect. Customer service was great. Responded quickly with a change I needed. I am really looking forward to seeing it in person.
