Luke at My Kind of Cruise has looked after four cruise bookings for us now, and we keep going back to him because he is always super helpful, he turns around our enquiries quickly and is often able to get us a cheaper deal than booking with the cruise line directly. We want to say a heartfelt thank you to Charlotte for the incredible support she has given us throughout our cruise booking experience.
From the very beginning, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a great deal that suited both our needs and our budget. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What really stands out is that her support didn’t end once the booking was completed. She has continued to be available and helpful even after the purchase, which has given us real peace of mind as we prepare for our trip.
This cruise means a lot to us as it’s the first time our whole family will be united together on such a journey, and Charlotte has played a big part in making that possible. She has truly helped turn something we dreamed about into reality.
