You are such a pathetic #ecommerce site reason...
1. 5th order same issue delayed delivery.
2. No Support call hold time exceeds 20 minutes.
3. No one responds back on whatsapp.

Everytime they will be like sorry and 10% off on next order email. I am sure its been run by some navie who have no idea about customer service,

I ordered a heart shape chocolate cake and i got a pathetic cake which is completely different from the one I had ordered..they charged me Rs.949 and gave a horrible looking cake..am too much irritated on this lousy service and needs immediate action to be taken else will approach higher authorities.
Same thing with the bouquet...it looks horrible wth small size flowers looking so dull... highly dissatisfied with both the products

WE PLACED THE ORDER EXPECTING IT WOULD ARRIVE ON TIME; HOWEVER, ALL THE GUESTS HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT CAKE CUTTING, WE HAD TO RUSH TO GET A CAKE FROM ELSEWHERE. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. i WILL NOT ORDER FOR THEM AND WILL STOP ANYBODY ORDERING FROM THEM. SEEMS TO BE A SCAM WEBSITE. BUYERS BEWARE!

Ordered cake and flowers for father’s birthday, the entire day went and order hasn’t been delivered yet. It shows it’s late.

very bad expereince they charge you for remote deliver and dont ecven deliver there , they should be taken out for the option of even ordering from them , fraud people charged 300 extra for deliver and dont deliver even at the location instead call you at some other place and hand flowers to some shop , will never order again

The order was never delivered and they dont even refund the money.

Placed an order with them for Mother's Day, as they had confirmed delivery slot of 3-6pm on the day. Was very disappointed when nothing got delivered, so complained to them and asked to cancel the order & refund my money the next day. After a few hours, despite my request to cancel the order, they dispatched my order and delivered 2 out of 3 items (plants & flowers) at 9.30pm in a very bad condition. Tried responding to their reply to my complaint but they closed the complaint automatically, assuming I was happy with what had gone on! So had to open a new complaint, where I shared pictures of soiled pots and broken stems delivered in an unacceptable condition AFTER I had asked for a full refund. Today, they responded saying they are unable to give a refund for the rubbish they delivered and can only refund for the item not delivered. Really shocked by the incompetence and lack of professionalism they have demonstrated on multiple counts. Avoid them at all costs or they'll ruin the occasion for you and leave you out of pocket too!

BIG SCAM. This company is a big scam. They add extra products to your order. Get you logged into someone else’s account even when you log in with a code received on your email. I placed an order for Mother’s Day and it never got delivered. No responses from the team. Cant track my order now as it was not on my account??? And ofcourse they dont do refunds.

The flowers were supposed to have been delivered on 11th May. It is the 13th today and still no sign of the delivery. No one has contacted as yet regarding trying to make the delivery. It's a complete scam
