AN UPDATE. Thank you for your reply. I finally recieved my order. The fault appears to be with Royal Mail with regards to the delivery, and not your company. As such i have now given you 4 stars instead of the original 1 star i gave. The only reason i didn't give 5 was because i think your company should send an email to confirm when you recieve an order and email once an order has been dispatched. I will probably order from your company again in the future. Mistakes can happen.

You emailed us today at 08:58 and we responded to you at 14:59. We do apologise, we received your order on the 9th September and we dispatched this on the 10th September using Royal Mail 48. We are unsure why they haven't delivered this, but we are chasing this up for you and apologise for the inconvenience. Thank you

Ordered with this company rather than any other, because the ad said 48hr delivery, and we needed them. After ordering I did get a confirmation but then another notice from them explaining that they are so busy and could not guarantee quick delivery. A very nice polite email it was too, but knowing that you can't honour the clear details in your advertisement you should remove the statement of fast delivery. That was simply annoying.
