Andrew

Warning! I do not recommend buying the Golduxe robot!
I bought the Golduxe robot, and unfortunately, I lost a lot of money with it. When I noticed things weren’t going well, I contacted support before the 30-day period expired, asking for help. Their first response was simply: "You have the same settings as us. Take your losses and man up." I find it completely unacceptable to receive such a response after investing real money.
After that message, I tried to reach out again, but they never replied. Finally, I sent them an email requesting a refund, but they completely ignored me.
I do not recommend buying this robot! Not only did I lose money, but their support is nonexistent, and their attitude is completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to be scammed, stay away from this product!

Dishonest Organisation

Gold Uxe is a dishonest organisation. I purchased the EA 8 months ago at time they had a 30 day money back guarantee. After testing Gold Uxe and prior to 30 days and only after 7 emails (the prior 6 were unanswered) Gold Uxe agreed to reimburse the purchase price (US$399) but at the time my Pay Pal account was closed. Gold Uxe then stated I would have to wait six months to be reimbursed the US$399 purchase price. The six months are well passed and recent emails to Gold Uxe for them to honor their agreement to repay the purchase price go unanswered. As for the EA I would not recommend anyone to Purchase it. Gold Uxe should not be replying to this review since their Support does not have the courtesy to reply to emails.

Hi.
And how can we do refund when your PayPal is closed. All you have to do is raise a case and PayPal do refund. We told you on many many occasions.that buyer need to initiate a charge back in PayPal but you insisted on a refund to a non existent PayPal account.
Please straighten your facts.

Golduxe is not a profitable EA

Golduxe is not a profitable EA and I regret buying it. It may provide a few small profits, but a single stop-loss can wipe out a week's profit. I do not recommend buying this EA to anyone due to the ineffective strategy.

I made a profit

stop, but the strength of this EA is a careful recovery strategy. It seems simple to make up for losses through profitable trades, but it's being done in a timely manner. I made a profit by using it after I bought it and I'm looking forward to the rest of 2024.

Product not suited for me, had to fight for refund

I bought the Golduxe EA when the seller still offered a 30 day money back guarantee in his ToS and website.
My review combines 2 experiences 1. the product and 2. the seller / support

The product: 1 Star. On an IC Markets raw spread account with 2ms Delay I couldn't replicate the 80 - 90 % win rate. I had a win rate on 2 trades of 0% (two losses). After that I decided to quit this EA because the next trade this EA would've open would be with 3X the lot size and therefore with the possibility of loosing 3X the amount. Just for your imagination of the risk this EA includes: you have a 10k account and use the "medium risk" settings with 5% risk per trade and a 3X Lotsize increase on a loss: The EA looses one trade: account balance is 9500. EA losses 2. trade: (3X lot size) account balance: 8k (-20%). EA looses 3. trade: Account balance: 6k

you see that if the EA doesn't have a win rate of like 80 % or more or a losing streak which can happen on every system, your account will suffer major losses if not goes towards 0.
For me, after my first 2 trades were both a loss, I decided that im not willed to take this high risk as I know much better EAs. So then I decided to ask for a refund as the seller claimed it at the time of my purchase.

2. The Support: After 7 days and pressure from My side i received my refund for which I am really thankful. I don't understand why I had to fight for it if it was a “guarantee”. Doesn't seem legit and professional.

This leads the rating to 1 Star . Easy spoken: Seller okay, product didn't suited me.

But be advised: the seller now removed his 30 day money back guarantee from his website and his Terms of Service which means you wont be able to get any refund at all.
If this detailed insight was helpful for you I would appreciate a thumbs up.

reaction to the sellers reply:
if you offer a 30-day money back guarantee why did I had to fight for the refund saying that I took screenshots from the money back guarantee as it is now vanished from his site. Only after threatening the seller that I would report him to the domain provider/transaction provider I got refunded. As you see in other reviews other people
Didn't got refunded at all instead got blocked on telegram.

Last but not least the seller is acting in his reply all but professional blaming a customer who fought for his contractual law (getting refunded). If you can't handle or want refunds, just remove the guarantee as you did. But don't blame me for exercising this guarantee ( as it was stated in his Terms of service at the time I bought his EA.

This should be enough to build an opinion to the seriousness of the company. Please give me a thumbs up if this was helpful
To you.

Devin bought EA on 17/3 and asked for refund on the the 18/3.
Its people like this who abuse refund policy is why we removed it now.

Our time is not free, we had to prepare EA, create licensing, despatch it and all this costs our support time. User never even bothered to run it for a day before calling a refund.

We have 2 Live accounts demonstrating performance, one from IC the largest broker is World.
You cant argue against a Live trading record.

Immoral, impatient and time wasted for all involved.

Begs the question why anyone buy EA and ask for refund next day?
Because they think the EA will still work and get EA for free. Such a shock when they learn its database protected and wont work any longer. Hard lines.

Attention!!! Fake Golduxe

Attention!!!
I am a very experienced EA user and long years trader. Golduxe and Goldexcel provided on MQL5 are fake EA. Keep your fingers away. Bought it, tested and it is only generating losses. Far away from the 90% win-rate. Results which are shown on myfxbook are fake and not reflecting the real trades. Which was even confirmed from the Telegramm „support“ line that they are the same. Clear then they cut-off the communication and blocked my massage. Everything is documented. Owner also quit my Telegramm conversation and did not returns the purchase as promised on their homepage. Thats the worst way to invest into such an organized scam.

Fake a Live IC market verified Myfxbook? Thats a good trick.

Of course we blocked you from telegram, you send a hundred messages a day.
Another person who didnt read manual and adjust for 7 digit broker then blames EA when:
1. never read manual
2. didnt adjust properly for GMT or number of digits
3. didnt run on demo to gain familiarity.

Always quick to point a finger before looking in a mirror.
