You are offered six or seven options when calling, after selecting a number the same option is repeated. After making a second selection a voice states 'the number of people ahead of you are?' The highest number I've heard is 41.
My point.
No matter which option you choose, I tried all when making contact during one call, the number of people ahead of you is the same on every option.
I'm wondering if I'm just unlucky have the same number of people waiting to speak to someone on every option?
It's 22/06/26 today, I've hung on for from being 26 in queue to speaking to someone. I gave him my name, he said he would check my details then the phone went dead!

Outstanding repair enquiry
Had to make an enquiry regarding an outstanding repair using the online chat, I was dealt with by John Holden a very friendly advisor who was able to chase up my outstanding repairs and apologised for the delay, it was relatively easy to use the online chat service and I would feel comfortable using it again
