My favourite website for baby gifts. Whenever my friends have babies I order gifts from here. Everything always comes in time and with all the details. Even the packaging is nice. I’ve never had any issues and I’ve ordered over 6 times. Everyone always loves the personalised gifts I order, even being able to write a message in a book is magical and special keep sake!

I was kept informed of the progress of my purchase throughout, the package was delivered on time and the product was absolutely perfect, a personalised hooded towel for my new grandchild in a gorgeous mint green, also loved the presentation box it came in, which sadly had been dented slightly by the delivery firm

Gift for a newborn
I purchased a gift for my niece's newborn and she was very pleased with the quality.
Delivery was delayed due to Evri losing the parcel but Marie in Customer Service was outstanding in resolving the problem for me so I would be happy to buy from My 1st Years again in future.

Awful experience
Quality in which the deliveries were packaged and received were awful
first order - the box was damaged the plastic covering was torn and a piece was missing
the replacement came with no plastic covering and all the pieces were loose
this was a personalised gift they got wrong twice and i was left with no gift to give last minute and i also paid for expedited delivery
i had to return and haven't had my refund yet either
will never order from the again

Although personalised items are normally non-returnable, we made an exception and offered to accept the bag back for a return as we understand you were unhappy with the item received. Unfortunately, this option was declined.
