Pessimi. ho ordinato un tapis roulant ed ho sbagliato l'indirizzo di spedizione , errore mio ma
li ho contattati chiedendo se a mie spese potevano ritirare il prodotto e spedirmelo.
La risposta e' stata negativa.... accampando scuse infantili ovvero che in quel caso la merce non era assicurata
, cosa non vera in quanto io avrei pagato anche assicurazione
Morale della favola ho dovuto contattare io un corriere e non essendo abbonato ho dovuto
pagare una tariffa molto alta.
Ma la cosa grave e che mi hanno detto che in caso di recesso dovrei spedire a loro a San Marino
dove oltre a dover pagare tariffa estera non tutti i corrieri consegnano (parole loro !!)
