Worse e-commerce I have ever bought from. You receive no order confirmation, you have no clue if they are preparing your order, if everything you ordered is on stock etc. The customer service answers sometimes in german, always someone different and they dont give you a solution, unless you ask for it twice. I still have not received my order, who knows if I will ever receive it, but wont definetely order again.

I ordered a piercing from PiercingXXL to Finland. Unfortunately, the first time the parcel was lost at the post office and didn’t reach to me. I wrote to support and they offered me a refund or send the goods again, I chose a refund and ordered again but with a different type of delivery. The support team responds very quickly, which is a big plus for me. I’m glad that I ordered from them, even though at first I started to get nervous when the goods didn’t arrive, but I still decided to try again and order the goods again without waiting for the refund of the lost order to arrive in my bank account. The product is of good quality, beautiful, and exactly as described.
