I received a perfect delivery package and inside it was the product: torn box, damaged product even though the plastic was intact, the case falls, the leather torn. It looked like they did it on purpose, they just sent a damaged product.

Different price for same product.
When I ordered the speaker(s) on the website, I made sure to order two(2). However, only one was processed and charged out to me. By the time I realized the mistake, I was not able to change the order. Trying to get in touch with the company was to no avail, as it was a weekend. So, by the time I ordered a second speaker, the price had miraculously risen by almost 15Euro, merely in a matter of minutes. Bizarre..

horrible customer service
horrible customer service. bought a supposedly 'new, only box was opened' guitar amp that stopped working in a few weeks. sent it back, Muziker tried to fix it instead of reimbursing. the amp came back still broken. after all this, Muziker still refuses to reimburse me, only wants to pay back in coupons. I newver want to buy anything from such a bad customer service again.
