Poor returns policy.
Sent a jumper back as the wool was going bobbly. I anticipated that they would replace it with a new one as it had been a gift. Unfortunately their policy is to refund the cost of the article! A bit embarrassing as the person who bought it for me probably hasn't realised why they've received a credit, I can't say anything to them and now I'm without my jumper!
Apparently it says this is what they do in the small print of their t&c but who reads that?
A poor policy and one which needs looking at. Shame because it was a nice jumper too!

Fantastic aftercare
Bought an expensive coat which is the khaki Parka which cost about £800 when not in the sale. I got a huge discount at a special event and paid £290 which was amazing as I could never afford their coats full price. After wearing it a few times a noticed a problem with my hair getting snagged which is an issue I wasn't aware of when purchasing it so I couldn't return this coat now it had been worn - not that I would have wanted to anyway as it's like walking round in a waterproof duvet.
I use this coat for everything, outdoor work, looking after my horses, walking, popping out to shops etc but I have really long hair and it kept getting snagged in the velcro. I went into glousterchire store to explain and they told me to contact customer services. I was put in touch with Ashleigh Richards and she arranged for it to be sent off (they paid postage) and have a panel specially made to cover the Velcro when not in use. This was done promptly and sent back to me via DPD straight away all free of charge!
Can't thank musto enough! Thankyou very much to the technicians and customer service team. Worth paying the premium prices for their products to receive such a premium service of for aftercare. Most companies aren't bothered once they have your money. I'm so glad to have my coat back especially in this cold weather.
