Alhamdullilah we have completed our Umrah Trip via Muslims Holy Travel. We had an amazing experience from flights to hotels and travel. The trip was 6 days in total where we went direct to Jeddah from Gatwick, then from there we had transport to Makkah. Both Hotels in Makkah (5* Swissotel Makkah) and Medina (4* Swiss International) were amazing with great views from the Makkah Hotel. Transport from Makkah to medina was also great however we would’ve liked our drivers to be a little more nice.

Thank you Ulfat Ali for providing us with an amazing experience that we will never forget. May Allah bless you and your colleagues for your work.

I was referred to Haris by a friend who used their services for umrah a few months ago.

I gave the details of the trip I needed and Haris found options which fit my needs and then I went and got the trip booked. Haris helped arrange flights, hotels, tours, visas and transfers. Communication was good with all suppliers. There were some very minor hiccups but overall great service and would use them again

She’s really humble, intelligent, understanding, hard working and always try her best to accommodate customer requests & ensure that they are happy and satisfied.

Haider was our go to person. Gave us the best package, as we were a group of 9. Everything inclusive except bed and breakfast as we didn’t want that anyways. There’s plenty of places to have breakfast outside the hotels. Both hotels were nice and close to the Haram, which was amazing. Will definitely recommend this company and will be using them again In’Sha’Allah.

I found an agent called Tanveer khan from the company above who delt with my requirements excellently for this purpose
I found him helpful and excellent professional agent and since then ive travelled to Ummrah twice with this agents company .
I regard Tanveer Khan to be very knowledgeable and worth dealing with again and again and highly recommend him .

Moeez was very helpful booking our umrah trip. The transfer company sent us a small car to the airport which was not feasible for us. Mooez requested a bigger car for Medina. Alhumdillah it worked out in the end.

I’m not sure who else there is that works here but brother Tanveer 02039232221 was there consistently. Even after we made payment, he was still there for us answering questions even late in the evening.

Everything is so perfectly organised. As long as you stick with your schedule nothing will go wrong In Shaa Allah. Tanveer is patient, well mannered and knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about and me and my family have full trust in him Alhamdulillah.

We will now always come to this brother for our Umrah trips. My family absolutely loved everything, the hotels and the transport. The transportation vehicle’s are very modern and luxury making it enjoyable to sit in and relax.

It was my family’s first time and the experience working with this company was amazing.

I booked umrah package with them and they charged me almost 3k, then “forgot” to book my hotel and told me they’ll need to book another one and started to demand more than when I asked them to refund the whole amount they started to threaten me to cancel everything and not pay any money back. Wallah I have screenshots of everything. Worst company ever.

This was our first Umrah so we were a bit stressed about booking hotels/visas etc.

However, Haider made the whole process very easy, answered all questions and ensured everything was organised.

He was also available for help when we encountered any issues and sorted them quickly.

The price of the package was also very reasonable.
