MusicMagpie - mostly good
Website is mostly good, and tends to have the content I want to purchase at least 80% of time and at reasonable price.
I did have trouble with site keeping multiple items I wanted to buy in basket without clearing it when I go to look for other stuff (yes, I was signed in and I didn't use 'back' button instead of site menus).
Also had to order an album a second time, as first copy didn't read in CD player.
Content available via Amazon too, which is handy.

It was a great experience overall
It was a great experience overall. They held my items in the basket for a few days until I sorted out everything I wanted to sell. Perhaps they could have offered a little more on some items but that depends on the demand, I guess. Once they got my items, they made the payment on the very same day. Thank you so very much. It's been a real pleasure!

Washed out colours
Bought a pristine iphone 15 pro with a new battery, phone is in good condition, however there are some minor scratches on the cameras and some small dots on the frame which by themselves can be forgiven. However the screen has been replaced and while it is an oled screen - i think, the colours are really washed out and faded which is quite annoying. I bought this device thinking that the replaced screen would be of a high quality but it doesn’t really seem that way!

Extremely poor experience from start to…
Extremely poor experience from start to finish.
I purchased from this company via eBay because the item was needed urgently for work. The estimated delivery date passed with no item, no tracking information, and no clear indication that the order had even been dispatched.
Communication was also extremely poor. Responses took far too long and, when I did receive them, they failed to provide basic information about the status of the order. Despite the item not having been shipped, I was unable to get a straightforward cancellation and refund and ultimately had to ask eBay to step in.
The company has since told me that because an eBay case is open, they cannot refund me and suggested that I close the case first so they can process the refund. I am absolutely not prepared to remove my eBay buyer protection before receiving my money back.
I previously left a review about this experience which appears to have been removed, potentially because the purchase was made through eBay rather than directly through the company. I am therefore documenting the experience again and will continue to update and share my experience until the matter is properly resolved. Initially I thought maybe my review was backlogged as the 1 star review are flooding in.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to exercise caution. The delays, lack of useful communication and handling of the refund have left me with very little confidence in this business.

The process starts easy you go Timpson‘s and they review your product and you get an email saying you’ve been paid, your cash will arrive today , this was on Friday afternoon. But it didn’t.
