Bought this massage gun and was told it has a lifetime warranty. Whilst there was a stand in the trafford centre they even changed it 3 times for me as it kept breaking. Now there is no stand at the Trafford centre apparently i have to pay to get it fixed.

Bought the muscleflo mini few months ago. It only worked one full charge. I’ve been trying to get a replacement for months now and they keep saying they’ll send one out this week and very rarely reply to any emails. Terrible customer service. Just a bunch of scammers. Don’t buy from them!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Frustrating Experience – Poor Quality Product & Rude Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with MuscleFLO has been absolutely unacceptable.

I originally purchased the MuscleFLO massage gun due to chronic back and neck pain, hoping it would help manage the discomfort. Sadly, it has caused nothing but more pain—financial and emotional.

The first device broke down within a short time of normal use. I reached out to customer service, and after a long wait, they agreed to replace it. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also malfunctioned, with the same issue of broken changing angle joint with massage head so keep loose and moving.

When I contacted their customer care again, they failed to follow up, ignored my emails, and showed no intention of helping resolve the situation. I eventually managed to speak to a manager, who was rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. She refused to offer a proper resolution or replace the faulty device, despite this being the second time the machine failed.

For a product marketed as “premium” and sold at a high price, the build quality is poor, and the lack of accountability from the company is shocking. There’s no proper warranty support or customer care system in place.

My advice:

Avoid MuscleFLO at all costs. You’re better off buying from a brand that stands behind their product and values their customers. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same stress and disappointment I’ve experienced.

Bought a device in December 2023. It won’t charge up now. Have completed contact forms on their official page but had no response. Faceless company

Terrible customer service, infact the worst I have ever experienced. Rude man with glasses said he did not want to repeat the prices eventhough I was interested In the product. Imagine denying a customer the price to a product for no apparent reason. However it may have been the fact that I called out his lies about a special promotion on the product. Which is funny because it appears to be the same special promotion as it was 6months ago. He then lied again saying this was the company's anniversary month promotion. I wonder what they will make up next month. He also said that a massage gun which I know to have been brought recently for 175 pounds from this store was 275 pounds. Do not shop here you can find much cheaper alternatives online , a tenth off the price and none off the being lied too and hassled by rude staff.

I visited the Trafford Centre today and was offered a product at a discounted price of £200, approximately 50% off the stated original price of £395. I was informed that the price could not be guaranteed for future days and that it might revert to £395.

While I understand this could be part of a marketing strategy, it feels somewhat misleading. It seems likely that the £200 price is available to all customers during this period, which makes the urgency created feel unnecessary.

Additionally, if the original price is genuinely £395, it raises concerns about the actual profit margins and whether the pricing structure is fair. I would appreciate a more transparent and consistent approach to pricing.

I bought a muscle flo massage gun in October of 2022 while I was on holiday in Manchester. On going back home I used the massage gun for a few months and noticed that the battery was weak. I left the massage gun in frustration and bought another one, and another again! Both of the other products I bought packed faster than the muscle flo battery went weak. When I planned a trip to Manchester this time, I remembered that Muscle flo gave me a lifelime warranty for the product I purchased at that time and that my cousin's own which we bought at the same time was still working well. So I packaged the one I bought and brought it with me to Manchester.

Today, 28th December, 2024 (over 2 years later), I took the massage gun to Muscle flo at Trafford centre where I purchased it and I was attended to in less that 12 minute that the massage gun was replaced with utmost courtesy! Thanks Reggie for being such an amazing ambassador for Muscle Flo. 👍

He took time to understand what problems he was facing and did not rush us out even though it was closing time.

Really disappointed! My mum bought this for me as a gift and within 3 months it stopped working, I explained it was a gift and where it was purchased but wouldn’t replace it or fix it for me ! After 3 months my mum could not find the receipt so great now out of pocket from an expensive item that broke with a few months!

The function of the massage gun is really great. They are also attach the additional accessories. It can be used in different parts of the body. It is easy to use it. If the customer needs product support, the staffs are willing to explain patiently. Good service attitude and friendly.

Very disappointed and disheartened. After encountering a severe issue, I was advised to reach out to customer support for assistance. Despite my efforts, contacting them four times via email, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Each time, I received a response promising a follow-up within 24 hours, yet silence ensued. It's disheartening to realize that what I thought was a reputable brand appears no different from the fleeting, profit-driven schemes that prioritize quick gains over genuine customer care. This experience has significantly eroded my trust and tarnished the image I had of the company.
