I would not recommend this cleaning…
I would not recommend this cleaning company based on my experience.
The cleaners sent to my home did not speak English, which made it impossible to communicate instructions or address issues during the service. More concerning, during one visit the cleaner scratched my front door — something we both clearly saw and heard at the time. I reported this immediately and was assured someone would come out to repair the damage, but no one ever followed through. After I cancelled my contract, the company then denied responsibility altogether.
Additionally, my toilet seat has been damaged. It originally had a protective coating, but after cleaning, it was left discoloured and worn, likely due to the use of inappropriate cleaning products. Again, the company refused to accept responsibility.
Overall, the lack of accountability and poor customer service has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly suggest others consider this before engaging their services.
