The company sounded professional when…

The company sounded professional when they quoted me for the job, but my experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting.
A technician came to my home on a Sunday and did not even introduce himself properly. He then used my bathroom toilet without asking permission. After that, he called me over so I could connect his phone to my WiFi, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I immediately contacted the company by email and message, but they said the technician denied everything, despite the fact I had three witnesses in my unit.
I was originally quoted $150 for the job, but once the technician arrived, he suddenly said it would cost $200. When I questioned this and told him to put my vent back together and leave, he then agreed to do it for the original quoted price. However, I was later charged $165 including GST, even though I believed the quoted price should have already included GST.
To make matters worse, the technician left dirty hand marks all over my ceiling around the IXL system and did not clean up after himself. While I was trying to clean the area myself, the glass heat cover suddenly fell and smashed into my face because it had clearly not been reinstalled properly. That glass does not simply fall out on its own. I then spent two days cleaning shattered glass from my bathroom.
I contacted the company immediately again, but they are still “investigating” the matter instead of taking responsibility and replacing the broken heat glass, which only costs around $80 online.
Overall, this was a very stressful, unsafe and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this company.
