Nice little treat
Came well packaged, with high quality ingredients. Loved the little cocktail card so I can make it again in future. Due (I assume) to the current situation I had no response to two emails regarding missing shipping information, which was a bit disappointing. So can only give 4 out of 5 stars.
Edit: in response to muddlebox’s reply - replies DIDN’T go to my junk mail and I acknowledged in my previous review that the current situation might cause delays, but does not excuse no response at all.

In regards to not getting any responses to your queries, the current situation means there's a delay in responding but we responded to both your emails at 17:25 on 14th April and 16:48 on 16th April. Presumably both responses have gone to your junk folder, as well as the shipping confirmation email.

Your original review gave us 4 out of 5 stars which is a very good review and as much as I'd love to respond to every review I receive, I wanted to leave a comment for you as I didn't like the thought that you were disappointed as you didn't get a response. As you have already acknowledged, you expect delays in response times due to the current situation so I could have not responded at all to your review or responded with an apology explaining that my response was delayed. Instead I chose to respond with the facts, that I responded twice on the dates and times given above. I really don't want you to have the impression that you were ignored. Therefore I stand by previous response that I responded to both your queries. Earlier this afternoon I forwarded both responses to you again however, there seems to be some sort of issue with you receiving our emails so you may not have received them. I'd be more than happy to provide them if you want to provide an alternative email address.
Please be aware that I am not doubting your claim that you didn't receive my responses. Our emails are working fine as customers are responding to us but a small minority of customers have been reporting that they're finding our emails in their junk folders, hence the reason I suggested above that's where they might be. Unfortunately I am not able to provide a reason as to why you didn't receive them. They were definitely sent. They were definitely not returned as "undeliverable". I have checked the email address used and it's the same one that was provided. This email address definitely works as I can see that you've opened the automated emails that were sent from our system, including the email inviting you to leave this Trustpilot review. I just have absolutely no idea why the emails I sent manually didn't reach you.
You're right, the current situation does not excuse no response at all. However, a response that was not received is completely different, especially as I had no way of knowing that you weren't receiving those responses.

Came quickly, was nicely packaged and was easy to make. This was my first box and I thought the idea was great but the cocktail was sickly sweet and not to my taste at all. Hoping the next one is different. I was impressed with the box and will continue to subscribe.

We're sorry to hear you didn't like the cocktails. The two already sent were more or less based on the preferences you provided when you joined. Both cocktails were long and fruity as requested and used the base spirits which you chose. However, the Singapore Sling is a little sour despite telling us you'd prefer sweeter cocktails but unfortunately it's not always possible to match a customer's preferences exactly. Even if we did match your preferences 100% there is of course no guarantee you'll like the cocktail.

Great idea and nice little touches
Great idea and love the fact that everything is included. Only problem with my first box was it was espresso martini, which is a cocktail I don't like. My partner enjoyed it though.

People who like cocktails, knows how difficult sometimes is finding the ingredients, also they come in big quantities, meaning if you want to try something new, you need to buy all the ingredients. If you don’t like the cocktail....you’re screwed. Muddlebox is perfect. Every week you have a new cocktail. Easy to prepare. With the exact amount of ingredients. Is a dream come true. Allows you to try new cocktails every week without spending lots of money. And if you like it....you have the ingredients and the measurements. It heaven!!!!!
