Have used this service a few times now. Excellent web site. Excellent and reliable service.

Really good but a bit expensive. About the same if not more than I would spend on a cocktail on a night out.

Ordered 5 boxes of cocktails for two as gifts for a 60th birthday celebration weekend. The first delivery had two boxes spoiled by a broken bottle that had leaked. The company were very helpful expediting a second delivery to arrive on time for the weekend. However, the second delivery also had a spoiled box due to a glass juice bottle smashing in transit again. This was very unfortunate and meant I had no time left to re-order a replacement in time. The company were very apologetic and responded quickly (within a couple of hours) to my email. They refunded my full payment even though in total I now had 4 out of 5 of the boxes in tact.

I would suggest that glass bottles are separated in the cocktail boxes or else bubble wrapped like the alcohol in order to save this happening again, but I was very pleased to have no hassle with regards to communication and resolution so I would still consider using Muddlebox again in the future.

I ordered this as a gift to a friend, which was delivered direct to her. delivery was very quick. She was thrilled said it was beautifully packaged and well put together!

Easy to order. Arrived quickly, and when they said it would. I opted for gift wrapping and it looks beautiful.

Reasonably priced with the option of 2 or 4 drinks to suit your budget. The contents are nicely presented with decent measures of alcohol, and the delivery is very fast.

Express delivery was definitely worth the small extra charge to ensure the gift arrived on time.

This was a gift which was thoroughly well recieved. We had a couple of hiccups with delivery but the customer service to reslove it was excellent.

Delivery was excellent and came in good time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the box I received. (it was bought as a gift for someone).
Basic cocktail and feel very overpriced for what was received. Unfortunately I feel it would have been more exciting, and cheaper, to have purchased myself at the local market and make a gift set myself. I personally can't recommend, sorry.

It’s been a year since we began our subscription and each package has brought joy into our lives. It’s simple, straightforward and fun. I’d recommend Muddlebox highly.

Wasn't really sure what to expect but very pleasantly surprised. Bit of a shame about Covid *still* causing issues with including fresh ingredients but I'll be continuing for a while to see what other options there are.

I look forward to my box every month! Great cocktails, good packaging :)

Our experience from start to finish has been excellent…easy to use ordering on line…it arrives when they said it would..and the cocktails are amazing. We bought a six month subscription as a wedding present and the newlyweds absolutely loved the present what a treat that is to try these lovely cocktails every month.

I love muddlebox. I get to try cocktails that I never would normally drink.
Easy to use and change preferences. I have recommended them to everyone I know. 🤣

We have found Muddlebox excellent - a great variety of new cocktails to try, well packaged, all arrived on time and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
