Katie Goldstraw is an outstanding solicitor. My family case lasted 10 months, and Katie prepared me perfectly for the final hearing – which we won. Throughout the entire process, we stayed in contact, and she always replied to my emails. She was incredibly supportive during the whole time and guided me with great care and professionalism. I have put 4 stars, instead of 5, as there is no supervision of the junior? caseworkers from Senior Management resulting in significant delays for no reason...Specifically, my caseworker was offering excellent service until everything was paused, with no previous communication, and after 6 months I had no news chased Company , only to be told my caseworker had family issues; therefore, my application not completed. A new caseworker stepped in, who has been replaced again after a few weeks, as I discovered since my several attempts to contact him, were unsuccessful. Finally, the 3rd! caseworker, Miss Izzah Muneer, was able to conclude and assist till the end, guaranteeing the success of my application.

I received an excellent service from MSD solicitors, a big thank you to Zain Khan, he was very supportive, informative and helpful throughout the whole process. My application has been successful and I can't recommend MSD enough. Thank you so much, you have made the journey stress free from start to finish.
