They booked my car for mot knowing they don’t do abs then told me my car failed because the abs light is on . Even 1 star is too much for this money grab, I have always used this branch but never again.

We are sorry to see that you've given us a 1* review, but we do need to clarify a point:
It is not the case that we don't work on ABS braking systems, it just wasn't possible to complete the work that your car failed on that day.
The MOT test is simply a test of the roadworthy condition at the time of the test, and the test is the job that you booked it in for. Any failure items can be completed by us, or any other garage, but that is subject to workshop availability and that is the case for all garages.
Your car failed the MOT test on the following items:
Repair immediately (major defects):
Anti-lock braking system warning lamp indicates an ABS fault (1.6 (b))
Front Windscreen washer not working (3.5 (a))
Nearside Front Windscreen wiper does not clear the windscreen effectively (3.4 (b) (ii))
We offered to book it in to investigate and repair any defects, but you were upset that it couldn't be completed that day.
We always try our best to accommodate our customers requirements, but the workshop availability space just wasn't available that day.
We appreciate that you have always used us previously and hop that you will reconsider using us again in the future.
