The New management team have made a great difference to the customer service experience at this place. I had stoped going because of the poor attitude of the previous manager. However I was informed that things had changed and they certainly have right from the initial phone call enquiry to getting my puncture repaired. Excellent
We were spending the weekend in Colchester and on the way there we got a puncture. While a couple of other garages weren't very helpful on the phone, Mr Tyre were keen to help and got us in straight away. The tyre was changed quickly at a reasonable price and they were happy to check other wheels for signs of damage.
Polite, professional, good service.
