I Have only been with mr site a couple of months now & even though I am a complete novice I have managed to build a stunning website if I get stuck or need help there customer support is second to none, nothing is to much trouble for them , they always answer emails quickly which is non exsistant for some companys !
I am going to remain a valid customer for some years yet as Mr site outshine any other competition within this nature of business ! Thanks to there help I am extreamly happy to what I have achived within such a short time.

I have been using Mr.Site for some years now, previous with my own businesses. Deciding in 2010 to establish a small B&B on the Isle of Skye a website was needed and the decision to use Mr.Site again was an easy one. This year, 2017, we wanted to up-grade to their new Omni builder package, so I contacted them, and after sorting it out with the great help and understnding of Val, with the help of Alison and Gabriela, two days later I am now building this site and the really great thing is that I could keep my old Mr Site while I transfer page details onto the new.
Omni one.
The new Omni site is so easy, especially for an OAP like me!!!

Easy to contact and resolve any questions and issues

Spoke to Atanas today on Mrsite's online chat, and despite needing to handle many clients at once, she was incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. Answered all my questions with patience, and helped me go through resolving my problems step by step.
I've always found Mrsite's staff to be exemplary and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

Had to contact Mr Site to sort out the non payment of my invoice (previous card listed for payment had been blocked due to fraud) which meant my payment was overdue by a few days.

I visited the Mr. Site web page to try and locate a phone number to contact so I could discuss my predicament but could only find the Live Chat option.

So, I used the facility to 'speak' with Atanas who was great and resolved everything to my complete satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in using the Live Chat facility again.

I was having issues re-building my website and the online chat support had me up and running in no time at all. Friendly support, straight forward and really fast. Awesome. Atlanas was my point of contact, and will ask for them personally next time.

In this day and age, you would think that you could use a website to directly upload a file to, this could then be downloaded by the customer, but NO, MR SITE DOES NOT SUPPORT DIRECT UPLOAD, so the 1GB of webspace. you better do a lot of typing to fill that!!! but i do not see any valid reason why this is not the case?

mr site customer service is excellent! the only reason it got 3 stars, but the new builder and new account is actually terrible! use the old creator it is a lot better!!!

I recently had a technical error occur with my Email System. I was put in contact with Athanas B from the Mr Site Support Team was an enormous help.
Not only did he fix the situation within the same day. He also made sure everything was set up correctly, and working flawlessly.
A follow email and follow up call was made, to make sure everything else was working smoothly, and that there were no other issues my end.
Brilliant attention to the customer.

System could be a little quicker though

I have been with Mr.Site for a few years now and have not had any problems aside from occasionally forgetting my login details - however, staff are available on Live Chat (which works for me) and were able to reset my login instantly. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Would recommend.

I had a problem trying to start off and used the Live Chat, great help from the guys at Mr Site, had me up and running with my domain name and ready to choose my site options within a short time. And looking at the improved options from last time I used their services I can't wait to publish my site and get my business out there. Top Marks for service :)

Currently having a rotten experience with this company. Although support staff on the phones are polite they are not experienced enough to give me the help i need and access to the right people is being delayed and avoided. I have waited almost 7 weeks for my old site to be migrated to their new platform and still no-one can tell me when this will be completed. Apparently there are problems with my site but they cannot disclose what they are. Meanwhile I have a business site I cant update and no new one. I have been charged for things I did not owe and it has then taken a week for it to be refunded. All in all a total disaster. Now they are answering the phone but no one speaks. I wasnt going to give this review but now communication seems to have ceased I no longer trust them and cant get out because there is a threat that there could be problems with transferring the domain name so I can start elsewhere. Dont get involved is my advice because if it goes wrong and gets complicated they cant and wont deal with it efficiently and you will be left hanging. After 11 years being with the company with no issues Im sorry it has ended like this.
