Excellent personalised customer service

Two important transactions : a Sony A7R3 camera sale and a Valoi scanner purchase. Both handled very personally by different MPB people and displayed very good and thoughtful service, offering me alot of flexibilities which gave confidence. The handling and processing of sale was effective (equipment carefully assessed) and communications very good, likewise my purchase. Will be happy to use them again.

Canon 24-70 mm - Perfect!!!!

The description of my canon 24-70mm was spot on and I absolutely love it!! The purchase and delivery was so easy, but they may want to consider not using FedEx. I have the ring camera footage of FedEx tossing my lens onto my back porch. Thankfully no damage was done because of MPB's great packaging! Thank you!!!!

Excellent quality used gear at affordable prices. Great website, easy to locate items you’re looking for. Honest descriptions of products available. Great to see different options for courier delivery. Overall excellent service.

I’ve been using MPB since I’ve opened…

I’ve been using MPB since it opened to sell goods to buy goods and I’ve always found, but the service has been excellent, I know that if it’s not up to what I expected as long as it’s turned in 14 days, I’ll get a full refund on a pro Photographer and Shoot celebrity Living and nobody has I’ve learnt to depend on MPB.
