Helpful and advisable staff
All staff were very helpful, the decision was left to me and was not persuaded in any way.
Very professional and knowledgeable, I was given time to make up my mind and not bombarded with phone calls or emails.
Response was very quick, just waiting to hear from the sales representative on any update.

I was a little concerned about ordering a car over the phone, as it was something very new to me.
However, Chris explained everything very clearly and I found the process to be very simple.
In less than two hours I had received a fair valuation for my current car based on photos and information I supplied , and had ordered a new one!
I would happily recommend MSG to anyone eligible to use them.
