Unable to access live chat without going on customer portal, can’t reset password, so can’t send a message, tried new password created by iPad but it says it doesn’t match, which it does, very disappointing, will renew elsewhere.

What is wrong with yuor customer portal ?????
I am trying to renew a policy in the customer portal, I have had to register 3 or 4 times before finally getting into it.I have viewed the renewal quote, but noticed I need to make a change to it. It keeps pointing me to the chat line . this i cannot find anywhere on the pages, so went to, how to contact you this showed me various boxes. But the one to make changes was unavailable. So if you wish to keep my business make sure you contact me. My customer no. is 90233/002 Anthony Spencer the policy is due for renewal 04/02/26. Not impressed with the customer portal as I have always had trouble using it. Derek Spencer on behalf of my son.
