Well, where do I start?! I arranged for the car to be delivered in daylight hours - he turned up at 9 pm!! Car looked and drove ok - then the fun started! Went to the airport and I thought I'd try the cruise control , didn't work , no horn , no radio controls work ,no phone controls work , no steering lock - this was down to a faulty clock spring. I called and messaged him constantly to which he still hasn't answered! The warrenty was only activated by him when I told him of the fault. The warrenty company said that it would not be covered as the policy has only just be activated!! There is STILL no communication from him til this day! Ohhh... the new log book has not arrived and on contacting DVLA they said that nothing has been sent to them - so I have to apply for a new V5 at my cost - £25!! I have contacted AUTOTRADER and they just did not want to know!!! AVOID THIS SO CALLED DEALER AT ALL COSTS - HE WILL PROMISE YOU EVERTHING AND DELIVER SWEET F.A!!!

All nice and helpful until something goes wrong. Sold me a 5k death trap. Stupidly listened to their version of the truth. They have no morals. Now sat with a 5k debt abd no car because it will cost that again to fix it. Won't respond to telephone calls, messages or emails. Going through Trading Standards to sort this mess out. Will eventually be going to court. Please do not even consider buying anything off them.

If I could would give -5 star. He is a doggie dealer. Car I bought was faulty. He refused to pay for the repair, refused refund the money. Find excuses, don't buy a car of him less u want to pay a fortune get it fixed. Falls description with the cars. He is a bad dealer.

WARNING CON ARTIST CAR DEALER. Avoid their cars like the plague. They are ex cab cars, unrecorded right offs or have bodged repairs. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY FOR A DEATH TRAP.

Motor Capital are thieves. They have stolen £1000 of my disabled sons money by manipulation because he showed interest in a car. They give Birmingham independent Car Traders a BAD Reputation. Because if this is not rectified,it will go viral and They will be famous on TT YOUTUBE plus every other social media app.

This company is one of those CORRUPT DEALERS everyone tells you to AVOID. They are scam artists, as they get you to pay them a £1000 to hold the car and tell you it’s in mint condition. Also they say they’ve got others interested. Then once they have your money, they then tell you about the problems that sorting out. Then when you ask for your holding deposit back. You get told it’s Non refundable. They don’t have terms and conditions anywhere on the website also, they don’t advise of this either. You only find this out after. AVOID AVOID. The other reviews must be fake (guaranteed).

Great experience from start to finish including taxing and getting me daily insurance at a reasonable price, great car 3 months on she is still as good as the first day i bought her, i would definitely but from here again if i come across them over other dealers.

Awful experience, avoid this dealer at all costs!!!! Bought an Audi A5 from this dealer and it came with a dodgy MOT, which is currently being investigated with the DVSA. The car was not “in superb condition inside out” as described and does not reflect the pristine condition shown in the photographs. The car arrived filthy to hide the abundance of scratches and rust on the body work. I was not given a proper chance to inspect the vehicle prior to handover as the delivery driver refused to take it off the truck or let me test drive prior to payment, and then drove off before I had chance to test drive. The car was delivered full of mould and litter. The alloys are chewed (despite being in perfect condition on the photographs and videos sent to me) and there is a chunk missing from the nearside front tyre. HUGE washer fluid leak from the nearside headlight. The car was supposedly serviced prior to delivery but the oil indicator says it still needs changing, so clearly this wasn’t done properly. The car was advertised as full service history and two keys, yet despite weeks of chasing, I still have no service history and only one key. The dealer is ignoring all correspondence trying to exercise statutory right to repairs or to reject. Trading standards and DVSA are involved… AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible. Customer service is non existent. Have reported regarding believe the not to not being genuine. This is being investigated

Dealership my A**, they are con men. Car drove nice around the block (less than a minute), but then within 30 miles the engine light was on with a fault, Turns out to be the DPF!!! the rear window didn't work, the touch screen on the sat nav didn't work, the air con didn't work but couldn't tell as it was night time when they allowed me to test drive it so it was blowing cold air. speakers in the rears didn't work, massive gash in the tyre, Seat belt retention was faulty but they deleted the fault code. Contacted them instantly as these issues were found and they fobbed my off. 30 day warranty only covers engine and gearbox apparently!!! which i wasn't told at the time. The car was £3800 but on the invoice they put it as £1000 less, and made out the other £1000 was for MOT, Service, Warranty and Admin fees, Car MOT was last done 11 months ago, Service was last done 2 years ago, but if i wanted to return the car they deduct these fees from the total i paid, also they put it to a garage and any mechanical faults are repaired and comes of the amount i paid and then I would receive a refund. So basically for driving 30 miles they wanted to give me £2800 minus anything that was previously wrong with it mechanically!!! Stay well clear. They make out there out on the road collecting new cars but in fact they only let you test drive them in the evenings when its dark and you cant see the issues!!!
