I really regret having this company. My car's battery failed. Called them... Asked me to have the policy number. Shockling, the man told me they didn't have my insurance policy in their computer system though I have all the evidence in my hand. They didn't do what they meant to do theri customer. I gave you 1 star, actually you company not deserved that.
Broke down 9pm last night
Broke down 9pm last night. Told one child and 4 adults one of whom disabled and no wheelchair with us. Told 60 to 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I rang to be told recovery truck broke down 10 minutes ago. Now another 2 and half hour wait. Had to get son back in car as stent in heart wSgiving pains because of the cold. Letalone balancing him on barrier. Highways took me garage at 12 hot oil and after jump start on way again broke down again when at sons at 12.30am then told 4am for recovery. When driver came extremely rude and was tired and had window open freezing cold for him to stay awake while we froze. Wandering between lanes driving wrong gear. Thankful got home in one piece. Avoid at all costs. You get what you pay for

I’ve been trying to update my breakdown policy but continually get cut off. The call back facility on their website doesn’t work. No response to my email. My car has broken down but the policy has my old car details. I will not be renewing my policy and will look for a company that picks the phone up.

Worst breakdown company I've ever had. Not helpful and wouldn't do anything to get things easier for the client. I waited for 2 hours and I had to chase by keep calling them and they've said it may be another hour. Waste of time and I wouldn't attempt to use them again. 👎

Stay away. Happy to take my money but would not come out to fix a puncture on my car as my car is older than 10 years old so i was left out in the cold for hours and would only come out to fix the car at the charge of £150. They did not raise this as a red flag when it came to purchasing the policy. I tried calling to discuss this and was told the manager would call me back but they never did. I received a rude email telling me that I should have read my T&Cs and that they were closing my complaint. Reading up on further reviews, I'm not the only person that this has happened to. Pay a bit extra and stay away from companies like this. Adding to this, I was also left at the side of the road. Horrible company.

I reported my issue and I was asked what I wanted to do afterwards, I said what I wouldn't be able to decide until afterwards and that I would give 2Gether a call. When I called to say the mechanic who attended couldn't resolve the problem and I needed the car to be moved to a garage, 2Gether told me that I had requested roadside assistance only and they would not be moving my car. I had to pay £55 myself to get my car moved to a garage. Do not use this company, it is a scam.

Disk lock on front wheel of my motorcycle jammed when I was 70 miles from home. Spent 20 minutes trying to get through to an assistant who then told me it was not an electrical or mechanical problem and advised me to contact a local mechanic. How was I going to do this at 6pm. I hate to think what would happen if it had been an 80 year old woman on her own stuck in the middle of nowhere with say a flat tyre. Needless to say I won't be using or recommending 2gether Breakdown cover again.

Absolutely rubbish avoid avoid avoid i called them out once in June for a faulty battery and got it replaced tgat same day i have now broken down in july and they will not attend as classed as same fault a non starter although the battery is fine and turning over but car will not start absolute rip off and now they will not even answer there phone i have now had to take out a second breakdown cover just so i can get my vehicle sorted about time the government put rogue companies like this out of business and give company directors a prison sentence

I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere. I really wish I had read the reviews before buying this. Even although I knew I had Home Start, when I called I was charged £30 for them to send someone out. I had to read through all the small print later. It took me a while to find it, but yes, I apparently have a £30 excess which needs to be paid for a call out. Going by the other reviews, I guess I was lucky because some are a lot higher. I wasn't allowed to cancel the appointment or it would cost me a further £98. Mine was thankfully a minor fault which I'm going to get a friend to fix for me, but I'm wondering if any other charges would have been added had they to tow me to the garage. I'm also going to complain to MoneySupermarket.com. They shouldn't be helping to push this.

I can't reiterate all the bad reviews enough. This is a total cowboy firm who have no intention of fulfilling their contractual obligations. They'll come up with any excuse not to send assistance. I had a flat battery and said they would have to charge me to send someone out! The person in the call centre was extremely unhelpful and obviously had a lot of experience rejecting breakdown requests, as he was really well versed in it, had all the excuses and no courtesy. This company really should be reported, as they are ripping people off left right and centre.

I have cancelled after 6 months contract and only made the very first call for a flat battery. The mechanic came over and ran off after 1 min service, and after that, the car died again, and they wanted to charge me more money. Outrageous. Filthy!

I have had 3 attempts to contact then to make a car amendment . Then last call I was in a queue for 58 mins before I gave up !! no reply to emails either .. . I just hope I never have to use them in a genuine breakdown ! I won't be renewing
