This company is run by Ian Best, the most angry, nasty, obnoxiuos, rude and down right liar there is!
I ordered a replacement ECU and keys for a ZX10R, which he said he had in stock. "Just make the payment by bank transfer and I'll get it postd out". Sure enough he did, but the bike would not function. This idiot blamed me for everything, told me to F off and insisted there was nothing wrong with his work. After weeks of misery I took the bike to PCR Performance in Cannock, who showed me that the ECU wasn't even programmed.Please DO NOT even think of contacting this conman, he only accepts bank transfers for a reason! Look at the rest of the reviews!

The guy travelled around an hour and got it sorted! Mate had all his keys pinched, was desperate for a key to go away in a couple of days and it was sorted! Would highly recommend

I purchased a ECU from them on Ebay and it wasn’t working properly. O chatted with Ian Best and we agreed I would send the original ECU back and he would send a replacement. It was like 6 months since I sent it back to the rhem and they never sent the replacement and they kept my money. They basically scammed me. Be very careful.

Thanks to Ian I've got my bike back up and running, Seems like a real nice bloke and very quick easy service.

ECU test and repair debacle.
Don’t bother with this outfit if you value your sanity and wealth. In February they incorrectly pronounced my ECU as faulty and in April persuaded me to purchase a replacement from them (30% more than they originally quoted). Nothing wrong with my unit as a new crank position sensor corrected the fault. Explained this to Herr Best and received a lot of aggressive slaver. You have been warned - again.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life, if you plan to use them please remain on eBay and don’t agree to do business off eBay as they’ll steal your money and you’ll have no protection. I dealt with a man by the name of Ian Best who asked me to send my ECu and ignition, he recieved it via recorded delivery on Wednesday and posted to me for Thursday. he damaged my ignition and the keys he made didn’t work, I even facetimed him where he advised me to send them all back. I then found my original key at my mothers home where I had visited weeks before, I asked him for my ignition and ECU and keys after he ignored me for over week , he only sent my ECU and ignition and kept the keys I paid £260 for. the copy of keys I paid for he refused to send to me and now my original key can be removed while the dash is still Powered. The immobiliser does not recognise my keys. Without eBay’s protection you’ll be lost in the wild Wild West with these jokers. Grown man who proceeded to name calling and teasing like children.

Very good communication and quick turnaround. Needed 2 new keys cut and coded due to damaging my only key, sent off and received back well packed within 3 days. All working perfectly. Great service!

Got quotes from a couple of places for a replacement Yamaha microchipped motorcycle key. Motomatrix actually came in noticeably cheaper so I wondered if they were the "cheap option". Nope - service very quick and efficient. Sent them key on a Tuesday afternoon by registered post and they must have done it and got it off same day they received it because it's with me now on the Thursday (and works a charm). Great service, good price. Very happy.

I had a great experience cloning my black Ducati 796 key. I gave them the wrong postcode and they called me up to check.
Great price and service and had key back in 3 days.

Sent my ecu off to Ian for testing, results came back that it was faulty, he explained my options to me and was very knowledgeable about the job. Great communications and very polite.

Never again what a joke. Paid the man 3 month later nothing but excuse from him and £250 down.

Took 8 months and legal action to get my parts back, the immobiliser still wouldn't work and I'm out of pocket £365.
