I've placed 3 orders with MoreCoCo and in every case been impressed by the pricing and delivery and early availability. I had an issue with DHL with the last order but More's customer support was VERY fast to respond and help sort things out - great to know the support is there should something go wrong whether or not More is directly at fault.
Received two items instead of one, this may have been due to a cookie issue. After returning the item via an issued RMA some confusion delayed my refund as some of my emails found their way into the company's spam folder which they don't seem to check that often. Posting a review here on Trustpilot brought their attention to the issue and to their credit a refund was soon issued. I think some inhouse training is needed to prevent this sort of thing happening again otherwise great prices and fast delivery.
Highly reccomend that you stick to the well known trusted suppliers.

The 1 item I ordered from MoreCoCo is still "Awaiting Processing". I have reached out to them multiple times on facebook and email and listened to waiting music over and over.
I finally got a response telling me that they want to conduct additional security checks.
Speaking with a friend who had the same thing, it is clear that they list items in stock that they do not have, and then keep you waiting for weeks on end untill they eventually have stock. Afterall, it is tempting to sell things and get payment for items that you have coming, but don't actually have.
Scrolling down and looking at other reviews, it is clear that this is a common theme.
This site was a couple of quid cheaper than a rival. I ordered the same product last night from Ebuyer.com and it arrived this morning.
Don't try and save a couple of quid here. Go elsewhere.

The customer service responds fast and effectively. There was a delivery problem due to the delivery company and they were in touch with them to solve the problem and constantly updating me.

Advertised one CPU, emailed them to confirm the listing was for the specified CPU. As soon as I placed the order the confirmation was for a much lower spec CPU, despite me emailing them and being told it wouldn't be. Cancelled order.
needed a power adapter for a sony tv. saw a product from this company, but before ordering called them to check it was compatible. lady put me on hold and came back to say it was, so i placed the order.
product arrived, and i connected it up to the tv, but it wouldn't recognise it at all. called the company and the same lady i had spoken to said that she would send me an email with all the information i needed.
email arrived, including saying i had to pay to send it back. bearing in mind i hadn't just decided i didn't want it, but that it wouldn't work, i called the company up and spoke to the lady saying i wasn't going to pay to send it back as it wasn't working.
she put me on hold, and a guy picked up the call asking what i wanted. i reitterated that the product didn't work and wanted to return it, but wouldn't pay postage. i stated that i called before ordering to check compatability, to which he said that what i said wasn't true, as they never give product advice. he then proceeded to question whether i had called the same company when checking compatability, and even if i had dialled the right number.
i said that i had proof of the call to which he said that he would want proof, and would need to investigate further. he also said that the lady i spoke to didn't remember speaking to me.
i said that they had two choices, cover the cost of postage or i would raise a claim on paypal. he quite glibly replied that he would be quite happy replying to my claim.
so i duly spoke to paypal about the experience and that i had proof of the call (some 8 mins) followed by the order 1 minute later. the very helpful lady put me on hold while she raised the claim, checked the details and then closed it in my favour.
i have never had anyone infer that i am a)dishonest b)incompetent c)illiterate in all the years of buying products.
us "southerners" are always classed as scammers, but on this occasion i think the boot is on the other foot.
avoid like the plague.
6/2 so of course i get the "investigated the matter internally" and found no advice given. what a surprise. not.
wonder what i did for the 8 minutes that the call lasted for, i must have spoken to a very slow speaker for it to take 8 minutes. even stranger that one minute after the call, i placed the order.
if as they say, no advice was given, why would i place the order not knowing if it would work?

I found this website by chance. At the beginning I was not sure to go ahead because the price was too good to be true, I was saving 30% of the price compared to other websites. I also read other reviews. Even though people complained about stock management, they never said they did not get their money back. So I decided to purchase a Corsair HYDRO X SERIES XM2 Water Block, last one in stock. I got it two working days later. New and well packed. Thanks

Ordered a motherboard, got a message 3-4 days later after the item was apparently dispatched saying the allocated stock wasn't actually in stock. They wouldn't know when it was back in stock, I said I will keep it on order, a few days later I got another message saying the expected time for the product to be back in stock is march 2023 and we will refund the order. Waste of time which I kind of expected after reading some reviews on this site, buy elsewhere.

I ordered components from them on a black Friday deal, only to be told on the following Tuesday - *after the end of the deals* - that the part wasn't actually in stock and that there was no timeline for when it would be available. I offered to accept the same part in a different colour, which was still showing as in-stock, but they refused and made no attempt to put their mistake right. From looking at previous reviews, this seems to be a repeated pattern of behaviour for them; don't make the same mistake I did by thinking they were isolated incidents.

Customer service was top notch, prices were competitive, plenty of updates on when your items are arriving, all round very good experience. Not 5 stars because the packaging was just the items in the manufacturers box in a sealed post bag, no padding.

I brought an Asus laptop online in late evening from Morecoco's website, and the order was confirmed. They sent me another email the following day at midday to say the item has good out of stock, and I would be refunded, of which I was. But the next day the same model and specs was still listed on their website at a higher price.
As a first time customer of Morecoco, I am surprised that the company could have made more of an effort to fulfill my order. They must have poor stock control?
I have given Morecoco an extra star for prompt refund.
Very poor custmer service and ordering system or should I say very poor overall. Noone answers emails, request left on their website and their phone is never manned. I tried for two consecutive days to speak to someone but to no avail. You just listen to the music. Sent various email but no reply. Not even an acknowledgement.
They advertise 5 days free delivery but when you place an order there is no free delivery option. Only two paid delivery options. Multiple requests sent for someone to get in touch but they just do not bother. A terrible company. Why waste customers time when you are not going to answer either emails, messages or phone call.
Avoid if you can.
Do not honour prices they have listed on there website and cancel orders after they are placed. Will never return.
Excellent service:- ordered at 3:30pm and delivered at 11:45am next morning with free delivery. Would certainly use again.
