I've ordered Fractal Torrent, everything was perfect but i've noticed that i got non-rgb fans instead. I've contacted the support and shortly after got a reply. Morecoco fairly compensated the miss, the product was new and came properly packaged, all accessories were in place. :) Great to deal with fair business that takes responsibility.

Bought item on the 27th August. Advert clearly said 48hr courier. Nothing arrived and company never responded to my emails. A week later they just issued a refund when I complained to EBay. Really bad customer service. What a waste of a week

Communicated well and kept me informed about the product delivery. Was able to order and buy products with ease and easily check the tracking order without going to other screens. They have good deals all across the board and I will be shopping here again in the future

Checkout was very fast. I inputted my email wrong and customer service were very quick to respond and rectify the mistake. The parcel came within 3 days which is very fast for a pc case in my opinion

I returned a motherboard back to this company in fully working condition, packaging the item with a CPU cover to ensure no damage was caused to the unit.

The motherboard was then returned to me with bent CPU pins, and it was claimed this damage wasn’t their fault. This damage was done either accidentally, or more than likely intentionally so my refund could not be processed.

Do not buy from this company. I have been scammed out of £180 for what was a simple return due to coil-wine.

Product arrived in very good time, well packaged and working perfectly, with a decent price to boot! Will definitely be back if I need to purchase anything else from their selection

I ordered a new laptop, having discovered MoreCoCo after searching for a couple of weeks for somewhere that had it in stock and was not charging over the odds for it. MoreCoCo beat the competition by £10 - when you are spending a large amount of money on something every little helps! - This saving also meant that the cost was below the upper threshold to use PayPal pay in 3, which worked as an extra advantage to use MoreCoCo over others. Delivery was super quick too, ordered at 15:30 and it was delivered at 09:00 the next morning, I didn't opt to pay more for shipping, but it was shipped via Parcelforce 24 using the free shipping option anyway! Very impressed, I will use MoreCoCo again.

Ordered an extremely expensive TV Bracket paid additional carriage due to the fact I'm in the forgotten part of the UK! (Northern Ireland) Product arrived too late for its desired purpose and after multiple attempts of contacting the company finally got told they couldn't accept the return as its not something they could sell on despite the fact they sold it to me!

I had an issue with the delivery address being auto populated with my billing address, so I contacted support. They responded in less than a day and updated the address before it was delivered with the super fast delivery. Very thankful for their speed.

Spent close to £1.7k on a GPU from them only because it would arrive in time. It didn't arrive. When I reached out through the 'contact us' section on their site (twice), asking about the order, I got no response. Eventually reached out to their live chat service and reached an employee. He said there must have been a hold up at their warehouse (uncertain as to why this is) and I will have a full refund issued and my order cancelled immediately. The order wasn't cancelled or refunded, I was told the money would be back in my account that day, it wasn't. Instead I got an email at the end of the day saying my order was dispatched. I already bought this same GPU from a separate, more honest, retailer as I had deadlines to meet. Company was dishonest with their advertised delivery times and completely disregarded both my time and money. Didn't get what was advertised and I'm now waiting for multiple month's rent worth of money to be refunded.

After having to wait for 4 days for a response to a relatively simple request and the eventual answer being "I am unsure" I'm very reluctant to deal with this company.
