Prompt shipping, packaging useful and protective, my new mini-stereo system in my office sounds incredible thanks to the amazing quality of the Black Dragon cables. Life is too short to drink cheap beer or use cheap audio cables. Also, the availability of the extended lengths (6 ft for me) is a great feature.

The website experience and delivery of product

I now know that after owning a fairly good 2-channel system for years that my USB cable was my weakest link in my chain. After purchasing the Black Dragon USB cable and after a few days listening, I've come to realize and experience a different tier of pleasure for the good! I would recommend this USB cable.

Hard to find KR Audio 5U4G rectifier tubes. Delivered earlier than expected. These tubes are expensive but are also very special. I've paired them with a Cayin HA-6A MK2 pre/head amp and the improvement is significant across the board.

My Mojo2 came no problems, I would really like a dragon cable at some point but they are apparently making all of their money from them... I would also like to more curated bundles on a discount.

Moon is great, shipping is quick and service is awesome. Return customer for sure. Their website is lacking though. Seriously. Fire your web designer. Or send them to training to actually design an eCommerce site.

Searching brings a fly out that is not scrollable. The main page which turns to the background remains scrollable, but you cant see it lol. Then they have 15 different pop up, fly outs, and other crap that makes it annoying as hell to shop or browse.

If you're wanting people to spend LESS time on your site shopping, leave it as is.

They responded to the order quickly and within the week, I had well made, short cables.
