Superior product and great customer service

I have four LifePods model number XLP10-BK well on one unit the latch broke in half, I contacted the support team and requested help with my issue. They were quick to respond and shipped me the latch. That fixed the LifePod. Based on the customer service I received I purchased a BLP20-TG as well as a Smart Station - DS2e. Vaultek cares about the customer and stands behind their superior product. I recommend vaultek as a supplier of well built and fast biometric response to open the safe!

Never disappointed and Extremely Satisfied with my purchase

I recently purchased the LifePod XRC100i PLUS for my weapon. This case is fantastic especially with all the accessory packs. I had a little mix up in my order and the immediately addressed it and correct the problem. I own about 15 of the Vaultek products and love them all. I have recommended Vaultek to my friends, family members and co-workers. Really good stuff.

Vaultek safe with biometric access…excellent customer service

I bought this Vaultek safe specifically for the biometric access, and it has been exactly what I was hoping for. The fingerprint reader is quick and reliable, and being able to open it with a single touch gives me real peace of mind knowing I can access it when needed while still keeping things secure.

What really stood out, though, was the customer support. I recently opened a support ticket, and they were responsive right away. They asked a few straightforward questions, didn’t drag anything out, and stood behind their product completely. No runaround, no hassle. They sent me a replacement safe at no cost.

That kind of support is hard to come by these days. Based on both the product and how they handle their customers, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vaultek to anyone looking for a solid firearm safe.

Highest Possible Recommendation

These safes are the best on the market, hands down. Know what's even better: Their service and support. Grace took care of everything I needed and then some. Tremendous products, even better people. I highly recommend and endorse.

Great Customer Service

I have not had time to put the (3) Sliders I purchased for my sons through their paces however I would like to commend Seth and his team on excellent customer service. I ordered (3) sliders and only (2) arrived even though the paper work appeared to show all (3) had shipped. I provided as much documentation and photos as I could and without question another Slider was shipped that day.
I'll let you know about the mechanical and electrical once my sons have them up and running.

Love my vaultek safes. Customer service is great. Dealt with Brandon charging pad stopped working. No issues having it replaced out with a new safe. Thank you again for the easy customer service.

A1 products AND customer service

I’ve had my Vaultek safe for well over 5 years now and I’ve had no complaints whatsoever. Recently the charging port has become damaged. It is in no way related to a manufacture defect or anything like that. From the minute you open the box you will know these products are the highest quality. My problem is due to normal wear and tear over the years, I know I was out of the warranty period but Morgan, Brandon and the rest of the Vaultek support team have made the whole process of getting my safe repaired super easy. Plus they didn’t break the bank so thanks for all your help guys!!

When I ran into issues with my initial safe purchase, I was really impressed by how flexible Vaultek was. They didn’t hesitate to help me exchange it for another model, and they stayed patient as I navigated my concerns. Every step, from their quick responses to the hassle-free replacement process, showed how committed they are to customer satisfaction. I’m so grateful for their support! In the end I think I got the safe best suited for my needs.

A good quality company that stands behind their product

When I was researching which safe to buy Vaultek kept coming up as a quality product which lead me to purchase a Vaultek DS5i Smart Station safe for my nightstand. After about 1 1/2- 2 years of great performance, it developed an issue withe the 24 V power supply. I contacted the Vaultek service team and in less than 24 hrs they had a new upgraded model on its way. This far exceeded my expectations and just reaffirmed my decision to go with Vaultek was a good one. When a company stands behind their product like this it speaks volumes to their commitment to providing a quality product and their focus on customer satisfaction.

I just purchased 2 Vaultek safes

I just purchased 2 Vaultek safes. Although there was much trepidation on shipping, I was assisted by Vaultek associate Grace (811). She understood the issue, went out of her way and remedied the matter with immediate efficacy. Hence, I must applaud her attention to excellent customer service.
I am extremely satisfied with the safes I recently purchased respectively. Both are suited to my needs with another pending.
Vaultek is a safe company worthy of outstanding customer satisfaction. Enjoy n Be Safe.

OUTSTANDING Servies from Brandon

The callback system worked great. I got a call back in about 2 hours from BRANDON and he was an outstanding Customer Service Rep. He was knowledgable, personable, thorough, patient and best of all, able to resolve my problem in very short order. And the Vaultek products are all 100% top notch.

Good Purchase of MX Series

I like most things about the MX Series safe that I purchased. It is well built, rfid and fingerprint works well, lighting inside is adequate although not ideal.

Things I definitely do not like are the placement of the lights as when the safe is full the light is blocked and overall the safe should have been about 1.5 to 2 inches taller as to allow easier access to the weapons stored and to make the shelf actually useable.

Great support!

I called Vaultek for support and spoke with Brandon. I really appreciate the time and attention Brandon took with me on the phone. Brandon was very patient and walked me through fixing the key access to my safe, resetting the biometrics, and recoding the safe.
